They were unprofessional and provoked my family. It was a very difficult time for us, loosing our loved one. Their urn selection was limited as well and they had zero customer service. Even though this company can be somewhat affordable.
If you want cheap. You get cheap. We ended up going to Chase Funeral Home in Aurora Colorado. And they saved the day.

Website was fairly easy to navigate for us old people.

Kramer kept me informed every step of the way, answering questions, providing timelines and being very respectful of my loved one's remains.

On Saturday when the deceased was picked up we were assured there would be no problem for his father to see the body on Monday and someone would call us for a specific time. On Monday, when we did not receive a call, we called and were told that his father could not see the body, no exceptions.
