FAKE PRODUCT- DO NOT BUY
STAY AWAY

Fake tracking of order, no delivery, no responce to email. Fraud.

The website show original NeeDoh. I order 6 Needoh and received two original ones and 4 fake that had a toxic smell. Boxes had wrong spelling of NeeDoh on them. Contacted the company over and over and over and no reply. I see they have a UK telephone number and an address that says Rocky,Ontario, CA, United States. Fraudsters. Don’t waste your money or time. They don’t deserve a rating of one star. Shame on them.

I recently purchased an item that seemed genuine based on the website's images and descriptions, which showcased the original and authentic product. Unfortunately, when I received my order, I was shocked to discover that the item was fake and of extremely poor quality.

If you wish to return the item, the company expects you to cover the return shipping costs. They require returns to be sent to China, and the cost of international return postage is not cheap, making it an unwise financial decision.

I strongly advise you to AVOID this company to prevent similar experiences. Save your money and look elsewhere!

Very disappointed in the products that arrived.
Order multiple Needohs for my daughter, and they are not real.

Fake needohs. Ordered 2nd May and arrived 13th May. Super fake!!!

Fake needohs. They won’t ever respond to your email or request to cancel. Just dispute or don’t purchase. Waste of time. Comes from china and not Canada like stated

Selling fake needohs. The smell is horrendous and the cubes are all wrong. Also product does not come from United States as they claim. My tracking started out in china.

I fell in love with this portable console upon receiving, great games sharp and larger screen for the ultra, seller followed up and made sure it got to me successfully. Thanks Krab games

I’ve purchased a few a few handheld gaming consoles, but by far, the KrabGame R36 Max Retro and the KrabGame R30 Retro are by far the best I purchased. First off, the “massive” screen size of each was truly surprising. Additionally, both consoles were “loaded” with 1000’s of games that were laid out in a in a Batocera format that I was very familiar with and had RetroArch as a backend running that I already knew. Therefore, moving around the various gaming profiles was like my stand up arcade cabinets loaded in a portable unit. From the beginning of the purchase, KrabGame was very responsive in their communication. What I was most impressed by was the units had the user manual provided with the units, but also electronically within each unit as a separate folder that pops up along with the gaming profiles. Both units were well priced at $70-$80, but could have easily been priced well above that considering the quality of the product I received. From purchase to delivery, total time was about 1 1/2 (a week and a half).

This is truly a great product. I even had a few games that I wanted to make sure were a par of my collection and the team at KrabGame located the games for me, confirmed that the titles found were the ones I wanted, and added them to the gaming collection on my consoles.

Truly a great product and well worth the invewrment!
