I am super excited to join the team - Andrea my HR manager has been the best since my interview to being accepted as an International Student with the support of KPMG and Financial Regulation courses I dont think I would of got so far. I am very greatful and I am super excited to join the team. Its hard for Pakistani graduates trying to find placements in the uk but between Hire right KPMG and Financial Regulation Courses I could not be more thrilled.

KPMG and their partner David Costley-Wood have been found guilty of dishonesty and aiding in the theft of life savings from elderly pensioners. This type of fraud has been perpetrated by KPMG and David Costley-Wood across multiple companies and clients. It is concerning that they are still permitted to offer services to the public and the government, especially considering the sensitive and regulated nature of their activities and services.

I'm enrolled into a Master's of Computer Science, so I applied for KPMG's graduate programme after my university emailed us about it and encouraged us to apply. I meet all the criteria, so I applied for it and two other IT graduate programmes at other organisations.
KPMG asks very detailed questions about a candidate's sexual orientation which made me feel very uncomfortable, but I ticked 'gay' because I'm not ashamed of it. After I clicked submit, I got an automated rejection notice.
I emailed KMPG to notify them that their form automatically rejected me after I selected "gay, female" and asked for more details. Their very cold response was "we are not able to give a more specific response." They didn't deny they had rejected me because I'm a gay female and didn't offer any alternative explanation.
For the other two graduate programmes I applied for, I've been accepted into the final round of interviews, so I'm definitely eligible to apply for IT graduate programmes and the other two didn't reject me after I informed them I'm a gay female. The other two organisations see me as good candidate, despite that I'm gay. It's very sad to see the way KMPG treats gay female graduates.

Very shady. I had a debt with a company written off over 5 years ago, still have the email confirming this, KPMG as the administrators are seemingly refusing to recognise this fact and claim the debt it still outstanding. Impossible to contact them to resolve it.

As you can see from the below comments, most people think KPMG are crooks.
I do not disagree with many of the comments. I have had first hand dealings with them over a period of 20 years

These are handling an insolvency from almost ten years ago I have since changed banks and contacted them six times to inform them they do absolutely nothing but attempt to pay money into the old account and say please let us know which i have done but they sit on their hands doing nothing not even replying so onto the Financial services ombudsman and yet another claim against these who couldn't organise a nought, the frightening thing is they run government projects

The management of this company certainly has double standards when it comes to consultancy advice. I've had the unfortunate case of working with David Bevan who seems to complicate issues and not provide any constructive advice or feedback. If this is considered their best then God help us all. Please avoid yourself the headache, high costs and stress when dealing with these unprofessional people.

Worst company to use for your affairs. Charged us over £20,000 in legal fees without warning us from the start. Rip off company. Avoid. Will be taking it up with the ombudsman.

I left KPMG UK almost after six months because they were indifference for my case. I was close to receiving a fine by HMRC due to late VAT return. Also, all accounts were a mess. After the complaint, they did something but I preferred to change accountant. So, cost to cancel my previous agreement with the accountant to go to KPMG, another cost to return to the previous accountant, and higher fees for the former accountant to put an order to the KPMG. This regards the service for Small Businesses.
However, I have to acknowledge that all management team reacted positively to my complaint and made everything to fix it up. But it was late because the base of a relationship between a business and an accountant is the trust. If it is eroded, you cannot continue. To be fair, they fixed the mess, assigned my accounts to another accountant, and they did not charge for the last month of the mess. However, my new accountant could not trust their accounts and he found the opportunity to ask additional fees to check all KPMG's work. The mistake is mine.
Also, I do not rule out that it may be a special case and does not reflect the overall reputation and brand of KPMG.
However, I believe that my story may prevent all customers to be more careful and check daily their work with them. The story was one year before and many thing may have changed to positive. I hope.
