Recently had my installation finished with Koze, i have to say the entire process was flawless for myself. From enquiry, to quoting to installation and aftercare. I would be happy to recommend these guys to anyone and especially appreciate the help I had from each team member along the way. Thanks again.

Read my review of kozehome on the 22nd of January 2023. Then look at the reply by kozehome on the 26th of January 2023 stating and I quote :- Accounts are looking into this and I can assure you that your deposit will be repaid once it has been processed. It is now the 29th of March 2023 guess what people nothing.WHERE IS MY PART PAYMENT REFUND. No communication absolute silence.There maybe another lame excuse as a reply. Personally I can't see how the installation manager has anything to do with accounts. Just think how many people they are doing this to. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

It took a long time to come, but I understood the delivery issues from China as my own company was having the same problems.
The installation was quick, and painless all over in 2.5 days. The installation crew was professional in their approach and explained every step.
I am pleased with what we have and would not hesitate to buy again.

Slight delays on the installation but happy with the work. Would use again and have been impressed with the engineers that completed the work.

Last November I embarked on upgrading my batteries and installing a bivalent system. Firstly the batteries were delayed, and then despite paying for them 100% when they were delivered to Koze they sold them to someone else. Eventually 3 out of the four were installed in September - one was defective and no sign of that. The ASHP allocation for the bivalent system missed the 31st March deadline, so we had to change to a full ASHP system. Repeated broken delivery dates came and went over the next months, with eventually me being asked to pay the second instalment (for materials) in early August. The parts were delivered in early September. When the Koze appointed sub-contractor came to fit he discovered a major design fault - the ASHP was to be situated 16m from the tank due to the design of the building and the Koze system - however the maximum distance for the ASHP to work effectively was 10m. After many attempts by Koze to come up with a solution, it was agreed by both parties that this ASHP project was to be abandoned.
I am now left chasing for my money to be returned and have made many attempts to get even a credit note stating the agreed refund - not a difficult calculation as it is simply the payment I have made on two instalments. Koze keep bothering me to arrange a day for them to pick up the materials - but no communication as to the refund. Given the other TrustPilot reviews where getting a refund has proved difficult, I am not going to stay in all day for a Koze delivery man unless I have a full refund. They did at one point state that this wasn’t their policy as I might return damaged goods. This coming from a company that sold my property, couldn’t manage the original application for a bivalent system, and designed a full ASHP system that was outside the operating parameters of the equipment specified.
Agreed with salesman that they would refund in full - and despite many calls a emails nothing. So will now pursue recovery of the debt and costs through legal channels.

In relation to Koze's reply I quote from their email of 22 December 2022

I have chased accounts and the refund is being processed however our CFO is on holiday until the NY so a refund of this size cannot be signed off without his authorisation."

Not really the words of a company "withholding the deposit".

I have paid installation amount but i haven't recived any installtion date more than 6 months and my amount is not refund

My name is Khalid ALI, Birmingham. I have given the 1 Star rate because zero is not possible. I have signed the contract back in May, the solar panels have been installed, but I have been waiting for the battery since then. No manager is available to take your complaint and if you get lucky and get hold of them, they lie. I wish that I have never seen them. Now, I am not able to sell the excess energy I generate because they don't have certification although they claimed they did. All in all, they are the worst in the market.

If I can give no stars, I will do sure. I have confirmed with Trustmark and NAPIT Koze Group Ltd isn’t registered with NAPIT for solar pv work. They are not certified to do solar pv work. I have signed the contract and given them the 25 percent deposit since 17 May 2022. I am a very patient person. Unfortunately until now they have not got my grid application approved and no solar pv with batteries on my roof. It is November. I have emailed them, called them and text them to get updates and finally terminated my contract on October with email and recorded delivery. They still have not returned my 25 percent deposit even my contract clearly says if grid application approval is not given, I have the right to terminate and get my deposit.

quoted for a Solar PV and battery install in April. Panels installed in July. 3 of the 10 panels didn't work and company has still not returned to repair. Batteries still awaiting install. Communication with the company is very poor, emails and phone calls go unanswered. Work done by installer to date is shoddy, roof clamps drilled into my roof joists are badly aligned and the wiring work has been very messy, export meter wired up incorrectly.

As of writing this review Koze Home does not have MCS accreditation for Solar PV! be aware! They lied about this on my contract.

I was taken aback by the latest answer from Koze. If "up and running" includes having to restart the heat pump frequently because of an error on its defrost cycle, and not having either the immersion heater working (so we cannot run the sanitary cycle) nor the indoor thermostat installed to control the temperature then so be it. If "its taken a little time" stretches to more than six months since delivery of the equipment (and counting since while awaiting news of the next visit of the fitters), I hate to think what a long time would be for you. This installation has taken us thoroughly through the five stages of grief: denial, anger, bargaining, depression and, finally, acceptance.

I ordered an ASHP from Koze Homes in April. It took until 8 August for installation to start owing to several delivery problems, including having a different unit supplied. The installers were subcontractors who clearly had no experience with the equipment and until now, 3 November, after several more visits from "specialists" the system is still not working and repairs to previous work were even needed including to unsafe cabling. I have just been told another visit will have to wait until 21 November. I have filed a complaint with NAPIT.
Despite remarks from Customer Services posted on 9 November, nothing happened till 21 November. The technicians arrived and start working around 9.30. At 13.30 we were informed that a circuit board in the main unit had burned out. The board and all the cabling has to be replaced. They told us they would report to Koze immediately and we should expect information from them later in the day or tomorrow. Today it is 29 November and still no news. Meanwhile we have to run fan heaters and the house is getting damp patches.

Slightly delayed install but very communicative. Installers arrived on time, I supplied them with lots of tea and biscuits which seemed to help with a speedy install. Highly recommended

What a great experience. The sales advisor and installer were both extremely knowledgeable. My roof is an awkward one with not much space to manoeuvre but Koze have managed to install everything perfectly in good time and for a good price too!

I had a solar and battery install completed last week after a little wait, this was due to global shortage of some parts needed to complete the job. The guys were very professional and the whole job was completed within 2 days, highly recommended.

Very impressed, would recommend
