KOVI Fabrics Anmeldelser

Excellent Service

I had worked with other companies and ordered fabric just to find out after ordering, my fabric was not available. I happened by KOVI, left a message, and someone called, looked at my project, determined how much fabric, helped me place the order, and the fabric was here within days. Just dropped off at upholsterer. Can't wait to see the final result. Will send photos.

I needed to replace some sofa cousins because water damages this type polyester. Had to replace only the cushions. I sent Kovi photos and they came up with an extremely close fabric which was a water base cleanup and a heavier duty fabric. I was able to replace only the seat cushions, and the backs I could keep. Never thought I would be able to match the fabric.

Purchased a couple yards of vinyl to re-upholster my old land rover's dash pad -- Kovi's website was easy to navigate and the samples came quickly! For someone new to upholstery Kovi made it easy - thank you!

In the thick of Covid, I decided I could look for fabrics to reupholster a chair we bought 40 years ago. I went on line and found some fabrics I liked . I received some samples and then tried to find an upholsterer. I found a young woman who worked out of her garage, sent her photos of the chairs, and waited for 2 months until she had time to do them. The wonderful fabric arrived and before too long, she could do the chair. With in a week we had the chair back and my husband like the fabric so much that I ordered more fabric and we now have 2 wonderful new chairs. The upholsterers loved the fabric and said it was wonderful to work with. Thank you Kovi!!

Excellent to work with and Tony is the best! Fair prices and vast variety of fabric to choose from. The website works really well for filtering options to make searching a breeze. Also nice that they credit the price of swatches toward your next order. They usually get back to you on email within a day and if you need to hop on a call to get more clarity, Tony is delightful and a total pro!

This time around the fabric I had my heart set on was discontinued but they worked with me to find a replacement fabric so I'd be satisfied with to complete the project.

My experience with Kovi was great! Their website is user friendly. They have a huge assortment of fabrics and samples are cheap, easy to order, and delivered very quick. Customer service is available if you need designer guidance with fabric choices. I recommend Kovi to everyone. You'll be happy with Kovi.

I received my sample order in the mail three days after I ordered it! It was a faux leather material that I was hoping to use in my project ( a restoration of a vintage barber chair ). I was very happy with both the quality of the material and the color match to the original leather.
I ordered the quantity that I needed, and again was pleased with the fast shipping. Great service!

Excellent friendly customer service, beautiful fabrics to choose from. Service was very fast, am very happy - already commended to friends.

Great response to my order by Kovi!
Very fast order processing and delivery. The selection of fabric patterns for our cabin chairs upholstery project was beyond what I was able to find elsewhere.

KOVI is amazing I have bought beautiful fabric for many pieces over the years.

Very nice and friendly service. I had problems ordering some samples and was helped immediately. Thanks!

Trying to get a close match for arm covers for a leather chair. I couldn't find anything close anywhere. In a matter of a few minutes found an excellent match. Never thought I would get that close to matching leather color. Fast service & shipping.

It was another nice experience to have made my contact with Kovi Fabrics. It's agent, "Tony", was extremely helpful in discussing my orders for fabric samples for which he helped expedite matters by his
communication skills. I have received such excellent assistance in my past dealings, and I will not hesitate to continue checking out Kovi for my next fabric needs.

Wonderful experience from start to finish, good advise
On sample, once ordered, received in two days.
Customer service was fantastic in keeping me informed,
providing tracking number and following up.

Thank you and look forward to future projects.

Lovely people, an amazing choice of fabrics. Found the perfect covering for chairs for my beach cottage. But mostly the responsive and care of the Kovi staff was exceptional.

I ordered upholstery fabric from KOVI Fabrics for two chairs and a stool. The fabric arrived quickly and securely and was even more beautiful in person! KOVI's customer service followed up with me to make sure I was happy with my fabric. I will definitely purchase from them again should the need arise. Thank you!!

There is no better fabric collection. Period. Great service, wonderful quality merchandise.

This company has excellent customer service and excellent shipping. I ordered samples which were a nice size and very reasonably a priced. As soon as I decided on the color, I placed my order by phone with Tony on Tuesday and received the order on Saturday. I couldn’t have been more pleased with this company.
