Very impressive fire starting kit.

What ingenious bit of kit!

A great quality and sturdy product that’s easy to put together and very practical to carry and comes really nice packaging.

I also bought the striker kit which came in a nice leather case and is very presentable and a great gift idea. Lovely to see the kit in action and also meet the passionate people behind this great line of products who clearly know their stuff!

My 9 year old and I are going to have a lot of fun with this kit on our outdoor adventures!

As a father of five, getting the Fire Starter Kit and Flat Pack Stove has been one of the best activities I've shared with my children. We had so much fun building the stove together and learning how to start a fire safely.

My children, aged 10 to 15, can now independently assemble the flat pack stove from scratch and confidently use the fire striker. These are practical survival skills that will stay with them for the rest of their lives.

We've used the stove to make hot chocolate and cook scrambled eggs, turning simple moments into lasting memories. More importantly, these experiences have strengthened the bond between me and my children. From time to time, we still gather around the stove to light a fire, cook together, and enjoy quality time as a family.

I highly recommend this kit to any parent who wants to teach valuable life skills while creating meaningful memories with their children.

I teach bushcraft and traditional fire lighting on the side, and I have over 25 of these kits! As a result, I feel somewhat experienced more then average in talking about these kits.

I use them for my demonstrations and for students to practise with during my workshops. I have tried some of the very first units they made ever up to the much more recent units (spanning years of production).

What can I say. . .

I absolutely love these KonvoySG kits. They are literally perfect for first timers or old timers :) and I'm able (more importantly, so are the students) to get great sparks consistently.

The flint is British-sourced flint, and anyone who knows anything about the outdoors and worth thier salt knows.... that's the Rolls-Royce of flint.

I've spoken with the KSG owners and confirmed all the flint shipped everywhere is British-sourced, so if you're buying in the US, rest assured it's genuine and the real deal.

They are such a decent brand, and LOTS of effort has gone into the brand, making it feel like you have a really premium product in your hands.

Over the years, they have listened to feedback and taken on board design tweaks, addressing all sorts of things, like the belt pouch orientation needing to be horizontal not vertical as its not so forgiving or friendly for us in-shape (circle is a shape, fellas) or when bending over for whatever reason. 🤔

Y'all know us bushcrafters will always tell every person and his dog who'll listen the pros and cons of every bit of our kit, right? RIGHT? :)

The kits make great Eid, Christmas, birthday, or one-off random gifts that really break away from the cliché pair of socks.

These things are just something that's really quite a novel and thoughtful gift.

Heck, we can all see the world falling apart around our eyes, so these are a must-have for any serious outdoorsman or woman, prepper, or anything in-between.

Honestly I can't recommend these things enough. A great gift for him, her, Dad, Mum, Grandad, or kids. Wanna start your BBQ in an awesome way? Get one of these!

I've also got a bunch of the flatpack stoves which are awesome too!

Just remember, when buying or gifting these things, to instil or remember the seriousness of using them responsibly and the "Leave No Trace" ideology.

All this hot and dry weather should lend itself to us being extra, extra careful when being in nature and starting fires.

Tbh Its likely anyone complaining about the lack of sparks is due to a skill issue. 🤔 If there are any genuine issues im sure if you reach out the the company they will sort something out for you, I've had no issues with any of my 25 kits.

Lastly if you like supporting a small business not some giant corporation these are 100% your guys!

The stone and knuckle metal make ZERO sparks. A waste of my money.

I ordered an item and carefully checked my email for updates. I was not given any tracking information, only an expected arrival date. Apparently the package was delivered with no email update. I contacted the company and was told it had already been delivered. After looking at the tracking information, only provided upon request, I noticed the item had been left outside.
This company refunded my money, with no email update. And I was told I am not able to reorder. So no ability for me to order and pay for what I want. I have had many packages delivered in the last 6 months with no problems.
Good luck running a business like this.

The flints and striker were well packaged and delivered promptly. Quality and price was very good and they came in very useful jute bags.
Overall great quality products at a very reasonable price.

Customer Service very good. Website didn't cater for shipping to Ireland but they arranged it no hassle when asked.
Nice products too.
