i love my new glasses. i had the same before but lost them...
Unfortunately, the glasses aren't very well made. Under certain lighting conditions, you can see traces of glue.

Got the Komono Estelle watch with the silver mesh strap while on holiday for Mother’s day. I was super excited as i already had the Komono Sienna sunglasses.
The strap from my watch got damaged while playing with my son. I e-mailed costumer service, and as quick as lightning got told they would send me a replacement strap. 4 days later i got the strap in the mail.
5 star costumer service. They were so kind & helped me out so quickly, no questions asked. A lot of businesses can learn from this. We will definitely be buying from Komono again & recommend to friends & family!

Washed my hands one time (!) and now there is water in the Watch and its ruined. Who makes watches in this Day and age, which cant even withstand a few waterdrops. Dont get it. Love your Designs but will Never buy again…This Lack of Quality makes me furious.

Rigtig fedt ur, desværre er det utæt og danner fugt på indersiden af glasset.

Great delivery, in a soft case with a cleaning cloth, quality of the glasses are fine.

Le suivi de ma commande , le transport et toutes les étapes, ont été très claires ..
Et en mon absence , is ont trouvé un lieu relais près de chez moi .

I had a quick culture shock, coming from Turkey, when the lady in Amsterdam store told me that I can walk out the store wearing glasses to check how they protect against the sun, I felt privileged.

Beautiful shop with lots of styles despite being on the smaller side. Maxime assisted us on the day and was absolutely fantastic. I’ve been using my sunglasses for a month now and I love them. Can’t recommend this brand/shop enough!

Paris in the Zurich store was super friendly and helpful! She deserves a raise :)

Dear KOMONO Team,

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a recent purchase of glasses from your brand.

I have been a KOMONO customer since 2024 and have always trusted the quality of your products. However, the glasses I received 1-2 weeks ago have a serious manufacturing defect: the arms that rest on the ears are loose and cannot be tightened properly. This causes the glasses to lack grip and fall off constantly, making them impossible to wear.

This defect is unacceptable for a product of the quality that KOMONO has represented until now. Therefore, I formally request the **immediate replacement of the glasses with a new pair without defects**.

I am ready to follow your instructions to return the defective glasses. I expect a response and solution within the next 5 business days.

I must mention that this experience has significantly affected my confidence in your brand and, unfortunately, I will no longer be able to recommend KOMONO to my friends and family as I did previously.
