I wish I could review my coffee that I purchased from this company but my package was stolen and they wouldn’t reply to my request asking for customer service assistance.
I couldn't leave a "no star" so I splurged and left one star. No customer service at all!! After being a customer since July 2020, they didn't believe me when I told them I received a product that didn't taste right....they said nobody else complained, but they would give me a bag at no cost next time a placed an order. Guess what?!!..there won't be a NEXT order!!!!!!

Every time we've ordered, the shipment was sent out that day or the next. I forgot to put in a discount code and asked if they would honor it and I had a refund the next day! Highly recommend this company!
My favorite cafe has been serving only this coffee for twenty plus years.. I have used their pods and have been using these Miscela D'Oro Gran Crema Espresso Beans for quite a while at home.

Shopping has been very easy on this site. Selection is great and prices are competitive on many items. Customer service was prompt and resolved my issue immediately when one of my purchases came with a broken part. I have been very happy thus far. As a small business owner I do wish shipping was a little cheaper.

Just thought I would drop a note to tell you to thank you, I have been using your company for a few years, though I don’t buy a lot, as my wife just has a simple one chair salon, you are the most reliable, predictable, and dependable vendor… out of all of our vendors. I can almost predict to the hour when my order will arrive LOL
Your website is very well-thought-out, and a complete no-brainer to navigate through, making things exceptionally simple and quick for your customers.
Even during this COVID period, you have managed to deliver on time, every time, which is more than I can say for every other vendor that we use. I commend you all for a great job and just want you to know that it is very much appreciated, as everything else I ordered either for my wife’s Salon or even for myself ends up being an absolute toss-up as to when it will arrive… or If, as I have had a few orders waiting for weeks, only to find out later, they will not be sent!
