KNY Jewelry Anmeldelser

I had an absolutely great experience with the entire purchase process. From start to finish, I was kept updated through every step, which made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Any time I had a question, they were quick to respond and very helpful.

I also really appreciated the pictures and videos throughout the process. It was great being able to see updates along the way and know exactly what was happening with my ring. The ring itself was even better than I imagined—absolutely beautiful and exceeded my expectations!

The ring was also packaged very securely and shipped quickly, so I felt confident it would arrive safely.

Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth, professional, and enjoyable buying experience!

KNY was very prompt on frequent updates via email, kept me apprised of any changes or delays, delivery was on time, and product was absolutely stunning. Highly recommend.

they are real professional

The ring was on time and beautiful as expected couldn’t have been happier she loves it thanks again

The ring I requested came in and its flawless. My fiance says it couldn't be more perfect, and getting to say I designed it is a pretty cool flex too!

Amazing ring and constant updates throughout the whole process . I could not be happier with my experience.

I was a little disappointed with the couple rings. I expected the diamonds to go all the way around the entire band, but they only cover part of the ring. The overall design is nice, but the product description gave me the impression that the whole band would be covered with diamonds.

Was honestly a bit nervous ordering a ring online but KNT ended up being really solid. They kept me updated during the whole process and even sent photos before shipping which I appreciated . Ring looks beautiful in person and doesn’t feel cheap at all. Customer service was also quick whenever I had questions.

Loved the ring and the support received from the customer service online. She said yes and loved the ring design. :D

Customer Service was great until...after receiving ring and quality of side stones questioned. Round stones were clear but marquise are obviously quite milky. Website shows perfectly clear side stones. Pictures are sent after production, but you cant tell the the true quality until you see it in person. Ring comes from Vietnam, not New York as you are lead to believe per Website.

I did alter design to cathedral setting. It is very pretty. But..side stones killed it for me. I was told that's just how marquise stones are. Had I known, I would never purchased.

I requested a discount at least but haven't heard back. Buyer beware.

****Update 5/12/2026****

I have upgraded my original 1* review to 4****.

The KNT service team worked with me and for an agreed upon upcharge, recreated my ring using lab diamonds in place of moissanite for the side marquise. These stones are clear to the eye and look much better compared to the original "milky" version on the original moissanite side stones.

From the beginning of this concern to final arrival and approval, The KNT service team has been outstanding.

I love moissanite and never had an issue. However. I never used it in marquise shape as a small side stone. Round side stones were fine. Cushion center also no problem. I can't say what caused the milkiness on those marquise, but it was extremely visible.

All that aside...would I purchase from KNT again? Yes.

Thank you KNT team for the superb follow up and follow through on this purchase!

My wife loves her new wedding rings! She was so surprised! KNT did an excellent job. The craftsmanship is amazing, the customer service was awesome, and the overall care and communication made this a great experience! I’m already planning my next purchase. Thank you for making this an easy process for me and very memorable.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with KNT Jewelry. I ordered a custom ring for my wife for our anniversary, and from start to finish the entire process was exceptional. The team was extremely professional, communicative, and attentive to every detail of the design.

When I finally saw the finished ring in person, I was honestly blown away. The craftsmanship is absolutely stunning — the diamond sparkles beautifully and the setting is flawless. You can truly tell that a lot of care and precision went into creating this piece.

What stood out the most was how smooth and reassuring the whole process felt. They kept me updated, shared photos and videos of the finished ring, and made sure everything was perfect before shipping. It made the experience feel personal and meaningful rather than just another purchase.

This ring represents something very special in our marriage, and KNT Jewelry delivered a piece that reflects that perfectly. My wife absolutely loves it, and seeing her reaction made the entire experience worth it.

If you’re looking for a high-quality custom ring and a company that truly cares about their customers, I highly recommend KNT Jewelry. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

The team communicated severally about the process my ring was taking.
They prioritized customer service and letting me know how creating the product was going. My ring looks really good , I went for the Pave moissonaite and so far so good it looks like good value for money.

The band on the ring is flat when pictures on your website show it round as a band should be … the stone itself does not have the sparkle and shine that your website alludes to … I will not tell my husband tha I dislike the ring but I am
Disappointed in the quality and look of the ring

The ring was absolutely stunning along with the presentation once it was delivered which took maybe a week from ordering the ring to receiving it. I will also say that the customer service was excellent and questions were returned immediately. I will be purchasing the wedding bands from here as well. Thank you KNT

Fantastic experience . Ring came in perfect . Amazing customer service and step by step communication . Speedy delivery and I can’t say enough good things at this point .

Beautiful ring. Easily customized and they changed the design to fit what I wanted.
They were also very flexible on sending the ring out, with a great policy for those who are afraid of it being shipped over to them.

Excellent service ❤️‍🔥 very clear!

I love everything about my experience with KNT Jewelry from the beginning till the end. I’d recommend this to my friend.
