We saw a used Autotrail campervan on autotrader in March that we liked,as a walk-in while touring in Scotland. We were not really certain that we wanted to change. We spent months looking at what alternatives there were available then decided to put our Motorhome up for sale with Motorhome Depot.
After a disastrous visit to another dealer, closer to home, to see a similar van, with slightly lower mileage, where the salesman, in spite of having a booked appointment was not available, we discovered the quality of that van's finish, faulty plumbing and no negotiation whatsoever just did not compare.We entered negotiations with David Brown. He could not have been fairer, turned the van around for collection in less than a week and gave us a great deal, complete with new tyres, service and pump .The service at the point of sale was amazing . I've never had such a thorough vehicle handover ( this is our third van and we've had multiple other vehicle changes over decades). When he realised we were straight off to France ( Dover Ferry the following day) he even did our Crit Air Registration for us.
We've been delighted with our purchase and we've driven almost 3,000 miles in 6 weeks. David didn't exagerate when he assured us that this was a quality, low- mileage vehicle. Having 12 months warranty also gives real peace of mind. We're looking forward to great adventures ahead.

Had issue with air getting into hot water system in Motorhome. Fault quickly diagnosed to faulty non return valve. Valve replaced and system checked & back to normal. Great quick result

We saw a motorhome that we were keen on purchasing and asked for a price against our current Motorhome. This was a week ago and still waiting. Fortunately we saw another Motorhome elsewhere which much better suited our needs and their customer service was so much better than Knowepark. Wouldn’t go here again in future to do trade in, I would avoid.

Excellent after sales service. We had a problem with our fridge continually alarming . The service guys diagnosed it and fixed under warranty. Great job.

Booked in for a repair . It was quickly sorted by Lewis who could not have been more helpful. He is a credit to the company .

I visited them on Monday 30th of june 26 and for second time visit i had dreadful experience with the staff there...i have an assistance dog for my disability and had him with as always..i entered the showroom only to be abrupty told i cannot bring in a dog ..who was wearing his assistance dog collar and credit card size badge hanging around his neck to be plainly seen but was not good enough for a staff member called Ron.. who refused to give me his name when i requested it..i got told by another member of staff later what his name was who was not amused with his attitude either...His approach was very intimidating and said he never looked at my dog ..so how did he know i had a dog??
The another male jumped in called David Brown ..who said i will deal with this ..but was just as intimidating and also said he couldnt see anything on my dog.
The law states you cannot do this and be as discrimanate as this ..and when the dog is plainly wearing its identity as it was then a quick look at the dog should be sufficient and the owner not to be approached and that in its self is an offence under the discrimination act.
The owner whom i had to speak to on the last occassion this happened ..and was previously upset at the way i was treated ..was not available as i was told he was on holiday..
But i will be speaking to him again.
Nice place to visit pity about the aggressive UNTRAINED staff.

We discovered a leak from our shower‑room tap when taking the caravan out for the first time this year, which meant we couldn’t use the water system as normal. I’d usually ask Russell (5 star guy also) to squeeze in a repair, but he was fully booked and suggested I contact Lewis in Workshop 2 (option 3 when calling Knowepark).
Lewis couldn’t have been more helpful. He was happy for us to drop the van off on our way back from the campsite, investigated the issue straight away, and quickly fixed the problem at a very reasonable price.
Knowepark’s aftercare service continues to be excellent — I can’t praise them highly enough. Definitely 5 stars.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE CENTRE.
I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank Alan and Grant at the Knowepark Service Centre. An unexpected situation arose with my Bailey Endeavour B62 Campervan and both men dealt with the problem in a courteous, understanding and professional manner. The steps they took, in the circumstances, was exemplary to say the least. This was without a doubt the best Customer Service that I have EVER experienced in my life. Thank you Alan and Grant.

What fantastic service from this Hymer dealer! We had a problem with our new Hymer MLT 570; we couldn't empty the wastewater tank. A technician arrived within 10 minutes, investigated the cause, and quickly located the problem. He then quickly resolved the issue, and we were on our way. This company is fantastic, and our sincere thanks for the fast service!

We had a bit of a problem with the pump on our campervan and went in for a bit of advice. The guy we spoke to was amazing. He came out to the van had a look for us and saw the problem immediately and had it sorted for us in minutes. Excellent service.

An asset to your company

When buying a new £65k motorhome we didn’t expect to find after 8 days and 44 miles being stuck on the M90 for 3 hours
Kinross service station for 3 hours
Then taken to Glenrothes garage as opposed to one near us
A 10 hour day in our broken down Adamo Bailey 60 4
This is now back in sale at Knowepark after having had its injectors replaced

They did give me my cash back quickly but their sales man we dealt with was unhelpful as soon as he had our cash and the whole thing was scary, a scunner and I would say avoidable!

We had our Motorhome out at Knowepark for its annual Habitation service this afternoon.
A big thanks to Russell,Ryan and the rest of the service team.
The guys are always very helpful and always up for a laugh.

We bought a Coachman pastiche caravan in October 2024 with a 3 month warranty. The caravan had no service record, although Knowpark said they would service it prior to collection. No paperwork for this was provided, nor a damp reading report. I'm annoyed with myself for not checking properly. We put the caravan straight into storage for the winter. I decided to get the caravan checked and serviced in April 2025, and the damp readings along the nearside mould seam were through the roof.
I really thought Knowpark were better than that.
The Caravan has been re sealed and all is well now, hopefully.
Buyer beware, when you buy from Knowpark check for damp yourself, don't rely on their readings, they can be very easily made up.

As complete novice’s to caravanning we visited Knowepark for a possible purchase of a second hand caravan, after browsing through the vast amount of stock on the forecourt we went into the main showroom where a friendly face was waiting to see to us. His name was Sean, after explaining what we were looking for he took his time and showed us a good few caravans in our budget we fell in love with our island bed caravan however not to be impulsive we left for the day and explored other dealerships within the area none of them had come close to Knowepark in terms of stock and especially our salesman Sean he was the most attentive and knowledgeable chap that we could have asked for in our first leap into caravanning, from initial sale, to the handover and even giving us a phone call to make sure we made it home safe on our first experience towing the caravan home, it shows through that he loves his job and is like no other salesman we have met before, We have now returned back to knowepark a good few times to buy accessories from the shop and also for tea & scones in their fantastic little coffee shop but most of all for a good laugh with Sean. Keep up the good work!!!

Last minute panic before going over to France with a fault with the caravan electric to the tow bar. Grant and the team at Knowepark squeezed us in & fixed the fault under warranty without a fuss. They checked everything was working before we left. Great company.

After searching all over the UK to find a replacement window for our motorhome, we finally managed to get one from Knowepark, at a very reasonable price, after Other companies were trying to rip us off. They went out of their way to have it fitted before we sailed off to Shetland this Sunday. A very big thanks for this. Definitely recommend Knowepark for good service. Ali and Elaine McLellan. I visited Knowepark last week looking for a new 2 berth motorhome and had the pleasure of dealing with Julie Nisbet. Her extremely useful information and attention to what I required was much appreciated. I have not bought my new motorhome yet but have previously bought from Knowepark and would not hesitate dealing with them in the future.

Visited this week to hopefully purchase a 2nd hand motor home. Unfortunately, our somewhat elderly salesman seemed disorganised, unsure and lacking in the basic knowledge of the vehicles he's trying to sell us. This didn't instill much confidence in us. I also felt rather intimidated, as he never gave us any thinking time on our own, and was always hanging around.
Maybe we got him on a bad day, or possibly he's new to the company. Due to our experience, we decided not to buy this time. However, top marks to the cafe for their wonderful scones, and lovely demeanor.
