Well worth the money. Shipping was good. Quality for the price was good. Will be ordering again

Had a horrible first experience. First off, they couldn't have sent out w/in 24 hours because package didn't get to USPS for 5 days. Then it supposed to take 2 days to days to get here- it took another 5 days to get to us. When we got it 3 items were missing & the rest was so cheaply made it is dangerous to use. Upon sending an e-mail to support explaining this, we were told that we had been sent good quality products. If we didn't want them, we would have to pay the shipping to return them & they would deduct a 15% restocking fee. This is crazy! They sell cheap quality merchandise & then won't even take care of their customers who don't want it. What a rip-off!

Great looking cane. The red in the handle really sets it off. Plenty long enough. It's also heavier than I thought it would be. Not a cheap made cane. Highly recommended.
