I recently used Knight Richardson for both the sale of my previous property and the purchase of my new home, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. Knight Richardson was recommended by my mortgage broker and a friend who also used them. I've got friends who all have the usual horror stories of not being able to get a hold of their solicitor or waiting ages for a reply, but Knight Richardson were great. Even the estate agent acknowledged this. The portal they use also kept me up to date so I knew what stage things were at without asking. Good price and all quite straight forward. Buying a new place can be quite frustrating, but on this occasion, none of my issues were to do with the conveyance part.

Knight Richardson are by far the best conveyance solicitors I have ever used and I have done over 50 purchases in my property career so far.
Were it not for their prompt execution of searches and raising of enquiries I would have undoubtedly lost out on a great opportunity. Their speed of delivery, attention to detail and above all regular communication and collaboration with all parties really sets them apart from others.
