I’ve just completed on a sale of a house, transferring it to my company. Isaac, Nimaat and team have been exceptional!!! Through endless issues with the mortgage company’s solicitors, Knight Richardson have pushed back and got everything through in a timely manner with no need to chase. Wouldn’t trust any other solicitors and now using them again for my new build purchase. Top work!

Knight Richardson are one of the best conveyance solicitors I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They are quick, efficient, transparent and kept me well informed throughout the process. Nimaat is one of the most dedicated file handlers who always went the extra mile to communicate with me and keep well informed throughout my conveyance. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Recommended by estate agent and we were told the seller was using them so it would be quick. Instead what we recived:

- paid for searches that weren't started for over a month, asked to pay a second time before solicitor realised his mistake
- were given incorrect information about help to buy isa, corrected 5 months into process
- we're asked multiple times for documents we had already sent
- little to no contact from pitiful excuse of a "solicitor"
- misogynistic language when I called, but always polite to male partner
- additional charges with no explanation
- 4 different invoices of fees
- advised to go see the property the day we were supposed to confirm we were happy to proceed, but we'd been sorting that for a week prior. Could have suggested it at the time, cost us more time.
- threat on day of closing that we had to pay more in legal fees or we couldn't close - which was then denied had been said, but we have it in writing,
- now withholding our stamp duty from HMRC and threatening us with interest or charges?

Absolute con artists. I hope the estate agents are happy with their kick back because these solicitors have cost us nothing but delays and problems for a property with no chain, that could have been resolved in 2 months, but took over 7. Avoid them, or it will cost you time, money and stress.

Easy process, and support throughout, responses were quick and efficient. Docusign would be an excellent addition to the offer.
