solenttrapshop Anmeldelser

Ordered a three-piece turkey call from kmwhisper last Thursday; showed up Monday, shockingly well-tuned right out the box. Website’s a tad cluttered, had to dig for the choke I wanted, and shipping note was vague, but the guys answered my DM in ten minutes and even knocked five bucks off. Good gear, real people, just needs polish—four stars and counting.

So I haven't received the product yet. The reason being I placed the order to get this for my Dad for his birthday. I ordered a corresponding piece to go with this solvent trap. Few days later I notice it's still processing so I shoot a email. Kyle messages me that night through email and says he will get it taken care of tomorrow because my dad's b day is coming up soon. The next day he sends me a email that one I chose wouldn't work with the corresponding piece would you like this other one that will work perfectly with it. Which in my opinion is better than the one I purchased for no up charge. Now I that is what I call customer service. He knows his products and what with go with what and he reached out to let me know and took care of me to the fullest extent. I know my dad is going to be super happy.

Thanks You so much Kyle for your professionalism and top tier customer service

Only thing better than customer service is a product itself!!!
Everything was as said it was an exceeded my expectations!!!!
Have purchased several items and will continue to do so!

Shipments have always came within one week and quality has always been A1. Machining has always been highest quality. Excellent work keep it up

Order was incomplete because a part was the wrong size. After several emails and photographs of the defective part and a month later I still have received a part that will work. Avoid these people. And yes I do have all the emails to support my frustration!

great product description and delivered on time

Quick, easy, acceptable product

I own lots of suppressors and solvent traps, this stuff if poop, I know the prices are awesome and it comes right to your house but it's poop, I promise.

Item I ordered was defective. And was not satisfied with the resolution.

Excellent experience. Shipping could be faster but customer service and product quality were both great!

Straight forward on products. Options for each product also helps you make the correct choices.

My second order with them. First one I placed there was an issue with delayed shipping and arrival, but it got here. Second order arrived without a hitch.

I received an email saying my order was delivered but when I got home it wasn't there. My address on the order info is correct. I messaged with Kyle and my order arrived 4 days later. Good service Kyle. Thank you
