The ring was too large, asked for a refund they did the standard 'we will charge to 20% for a new one and keep the old one'.

Asked for a refund and didn't hear back from them, I've emailed them 4 times! no response.

Useless tracker—prohibitive return costs

While the ring itself looks okay, it is practically useless as a smart tracker. The sizing is completely wrong, so it doesn't fit properly. The tracking features are highly unreliable—the sleep tracking in particular is completely inaccurate. To make matters worse, the battery life is incredibly poor and the device dies with absolutely no warning.
Be aware before buying: their customer service told me that returning it would cost a £35 shipping fee plus a 15% handling charge. Since this made it economically pointless to return, I was forced to settle for a meager 30% partial refund just to claw something back. Save your money and buy a reputable tracker instead.

Products are cheap and difficult to return, I purchased headphones that are unusable and I lost the will trying to return them, it wasnt worth the stress or impact on my mental health

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - it’s a SCAM!!! They sell you headphones for £109 which look great on the picture - nearly Apple look-like headphones but when they arrive is a cheap TEMU sort of £10 quality headphones!!

Their return policy appears structured to discourage consumers from returning products. Offering only a 3% refund to customers who keep unsatisfactory goods, while requiring customers who return them to pay substantial international postage, accept a processing fee and bear the risk of the parcel being lost or held by customs, creates significant financial and practical barriers to obtaining a refund.

I rarely leave reviews like this, but after my experience with Klynn I feel it is important to share what has happened so that other customers can make an informed decision before purchasing.

I ordered a pair of Klynn Noise Cancelling Headphones for £109. From the beginning, there were problems with the delivery address. The order confirmation contained an incorrect address after I had selected an address during checkout, which resulted in considerable problems with the courier. I spent a significant amount of time contacting both the retailer and delivery company trying to establish where my parcel was and how it could be delivered correctly.

Communication throughout this process was extremely frustrating. Responses were slow, and at one stage I was told that if the parcel was returned to their overseas warehouse, there was a possibility it could be destroyed in transit and that, if it did successfully return, I could receive only a 50% refund. I found this extremely concerning.

Eventually, the parcel arrived.

Unfortunately, this created an even more serious problem.

I paid £109 for Klynn Noise Cancelling Headphones, based on the product advertised on their website. What arrived was a sealed box marked R959, with no visible Klynn branding on the retail packaging.

I have since found what appears to be the same or an extremely similar generic product advertised online for approximately £10.

I immediately photographed everything and deliberately did not open or remove the factory seal.

I contacted Klynn again, explained that I did not believe the product supplied corresponded with what I had purchased and requested a full refund. I have made it clear that I do not want a replacement and that the unopened product is available to be returned.

I am now extremely disappointed that my requests for a refund are not being answered.

I have retained the original order information, photographs of the unopened product, packaging and delivery label, screenshots of the product advertised to me, tracking information and my correspondence with the company.

I am now seeking advice regarding my consumer rights and the appropriate legal and payment-dispute options available to me in order to recover my £109.

I would strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing from this company to research the company and its products carefully and make their own informed decision before placing an order.

I genuinely wanted the headphones I believed I was purchasing. After the delivery complications, lengthy communication problems, discussion of a possible 50% refund, receiving a product that appears different from what I ordered, and now receiving no response to my request for a full refund, my experience has been extremely disappointing.

I simply want my £109 refunded and the unopened product returned.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered a ring.. EVRI left on front doorstep and it was stolen. I have contracted both companies and neither will help me resolve. EVRI said Klynn need to contact them directly but Klynn are refusing to help me and said I need to resolve with Evri. I am the innocent party who is down £109 and this company are doing nothing to help! Avoid at all costs!!!

Have emailed this company about a problem with no reply. They are useless and strongly advise anyone from buying from them, also be aware of some of the companies reviewing smart rings on line as one company I looked at recently rated Klynn ring at Number 1. So check Trustpilot first.

Firstly, they are Klynn UK, but the product is shipped from China. I chose express delivery, which means nothing when being shopped from that destination.

The product itself is cheaply made, and the sound quality is awful.

I've reached out (via email as that's the only contact details available) regarding returning the product and have had no response.

Rubbish product, non existent customer service, avoid making the same mistake as me

Appalling.

First of all I had the same sizing issue like everyone where the first one I ordered was too big even though I followed their guide. They refused to give me a full refund (said they could only refund 3%)

Finally settled on the option to send me a new one which ofcourse I had to buy (they gave 80% off).

In hindsight I wish I just accepted the 3% refund and left it at that.

The fitness tracker is extremely inaccurate and the battery life of the ring is pathetic. I have a cheap smartwatch that cost a fraction of the ring but far outperforms this tracking. I am now about £130 out of pocket with 2 completely useless rings.

Absolute waste of money, practically a scam and if I could I would give zero stars.

As per others, the ring sizing is completely off. I have since tried to contact them numerous times using the details they provide with 0 response.

Don’t buy from these people — scam!

I ordered a ring and, as many other customers have mentioned, it was far too big. I agreed to keep it and purchase the correct size using the 80% discount they offered.

Instead, they sent me a LuckRing. If you look it up online, it’s a budget-friendly ring that costs less than £20. So essentially, they sent me a much cheaper product while charging me for a replacement.

When I pointed this out to customer service, their response was extremely rude and they simply told me that I had received what I ordered.

I really wish I had read the other customers’ experiences before ordering. I’m honestly very surprised by the people who recommend this company.

Be very careful before buying from them.

I ordered a ring following the ridiculous sizing system they recommended and when it arrived it was far too big and therefore of no use to me! I contacted them and was advised that I could keep the ring and they would refund 30% or return at my own expense to CHINA!!!
After several emails and obviously from a bot I contacted my bank and I received a refund. I have been, since, hounded with emails from them and I returned the ring , tracked, with Evri. Klynn are now hounding me as the package is being held in Customs in China and they want me to pay the charges. I have contacted Evri and they say it’s the recipients responsibility to pay the fees but Klynn are continuing to say I am liable for the fees!!!
Be warned this company is evil and should be avoided at all costs!

Dont ever buy smart ring from them, it's poor make, doesn't connect to the app, battery doesn't keep either. Horrific. I bought it back in may, when it arrived I thought straight away it was fake and cheap looking. When it didn't work as described after few days trying it, I had back and forth 2 month mailing battle with them, in the end they refunded 30 quid and told me to keep the ring, it doesn't work so I lost £80. Dont waste your money and time for this brand. They will rip you off.

Very disappointing experience – faulty product and difficult return process

I purchased a Klynn Smart Health Ring for £118.99. Unfortunately, I experienced problems with the ring’s connection to my mobile and its ability to fully charge.

I reported these issues to Klynn one day after receiving the ring. Rather than arranging a straightforward return and inspection, I was repeatedly asked to provide a video recording of the fault. I explained that I had not recorded a video at the time the problem occurred, but I repeatedly offered to return the ring so that Klynn could inspect it.

Despite this, Klynn continued to insist that without video evidence they would not treat the item as faulty and would not cover the return costs. At one point, I was also told that the return would be treated as a personal-preference return, which is not why I contacted them.

The situation became particularly frustrating when Klynn continued to request payment for the order after my credit-card provider had contacted them regarding my dispute. My card provider subsequently confirmed in writing that Klynn had advised them that a refund would be issued, and the £118.99 was subsequently refunded.

I have retained the ring, packaging and all correspondence and have consistently been willing to make the product available for inspection.

Overall, I found the after-sales process extremely frustrating and felt that the focus was repeatedly placed on their internal requirement for video evidence rather than simply inspecting the product.

Based on my experience, I would be very cautious about purchasing from Klynn.

I ordered a ring - the sizing was wrong. They use a very archaic way of measuring your finger for a size - a piece of paper and a tape measure! Asked for a full refund - they refused offering me different ways of paying for the ring. In the end they wanted me to send the ring back to Hong Kong which would have cost £36 - I refused and eventually went through my bank for a charge back. They are still hounding me - offering me a discount for a ring I don't want. When I ordered the ring I was under the impression the company was based in the UK - this is clearly not the case.

1 star as i am unable to give 0! Awful company. Ordered a smart ring. I cant use it, sizing is poor. Requested a refund the evening it was delivered. Offered to let me keep the ring (which i am.unable to use) and a 3% refund or i could replace it with another one at an 80% discount. I started a chargeback as they are very difficult to deal with. 15% charge for handling fees and a 20% charge for reselling your item if you send it back. I wish I had checked trustpilot before purchasing. Very disappointing as the ring was recommended and it was what I wanted as a non subscription service. Dont bother! The company does not prompt customers to give feedback for a reason!

Absolutely horrendous customer service! I bought their smart ring - what a waste of money - really bad quality, battery life nonexistent, kept disconnecting from the app and measuremets we not accurate to say the least!
I have emailed them asking to return it for a full refund - the amount of hoops I have been asked to jump through... eventually they said send it back at your own expense, it will take around a month to process, and we will charge you magic handling fees... That is not legal, my friend, so I went to my bank and disputed it! Got my refund in 1h! NOW if they want the ring back - they can send me a pre-paid shipping label :)

Worst company I have ever used, paid full price for a ring that does not work. Sent back 2 months ago at my own expense and still not refunded. Very rude on email. Going to ombudsman next as no way to escalate a concern and no complaints policy.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is without a doubt the worst experience i've ever had with customer service. My daughter was gifted a $110 microscope for her birthday. It was broken when we received it. More than that it was not high quality like we hoped. You can find the same one elsewhere for $25. This is a total scam. After emailing customer service and asking for a full refund because they sent a defective product. I was told I could have a 3% refund and they would send a new one right away. I replied I wanted a full refund. They said I would have to send the product back at my cost plus a huge restocking fee ALL FOR A FREAKING BROKEN PRODUCT! They finally offered me a 10% refund and a new product that I feel like I have to settle for after a month of haggling and trying to find someone else to talk with. Truly the worst possible experience A TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER.

The ring size is not match with my measure, so I request for return and refund. Klynn only offer 3% of refund or buy another pair with 80% off. Customer right is not protected as I can't use the ring if the size is not match.
