Customer experience was great, and the time it took for the internet to start working was hours. The service in the first few weeks has also been very good.

Putting the super into superfast fibre
At first I really wasn't sure about moving from a massive company like BT to a relative minnow like Kloud9. I worried what the infrastructure, aftercare and service would be like. Now, having moved on a frankly incredible deal, I am delighted with 10 x the speed, regular service calls and technical support that answers within 2 rings. I would have preferred an underground installation which I always assumed fibre to the property would be (hence 4 stars) but in truth the overhead line and black internal cable (on white wall!) is a small inconvenience. I'd definitely recommend Kloud9 - get it, if you can.

We had the fibre installed to upgrade an old BT connection, and the installers were very friendly yet professional. Left the place neat and tidy and the company has kept us updated throughout the process.

Fibre installation & after sales service
The people who installed the fibre cable where polite and worked quickly to finish the job. No mess was left.
When I ring up there is normally someone to speak to about any issues. A positive as some companies are very poor at after sales service.

Top Preforming Team.
We congratulate the Kcoud9 team for the excellent customer service delivered, from my expressing an interest in a full fibre installation to having the work carried out. Throughout the process the organisation proved to be professional, courteous and informative at all stages.
The two lady installation team were efficient and tidy worked well together and focused on getting the job done to our complete satisfaction, in fact we would say that they went the extra mile to ensure that we were totally happy with the installation and that it delivered the performance that had been promoted.

A really friendly and genuine company
A really friendly and genuine company. We had our installation of to-the-door fibre (full fibre) last night. Tow delightful young ladies turned up and get it all done in about an hour - no stress or mess. Best part - the government voucher paid for the install!!! Thanks.

Our initial contact with Kloud9 was a pleasure and very informative and all our queries were answered with patience. The quality of personnel continued with 2 knowledgeable lady engineers who concluded the installation to theirs and our satisfaction.
For 2 people in their late 70's, Kloud9's personnel made it a worry free decision, for which we say a big thank you. The broadband speed is as they quote.
