Immediate response to my inquiry regarding a hard to find pump housing. They verified that the pump brand name changed, and they had one in stock. Immediately was shipped out and arrived the next day. I’ve been doing business with Kleen-Rite for decades and they never disappoint.

Horrible Customer Service
I got an error code at check out. I spent the better part of an hour chatting with CS and having a phone conversation with 3 different people. The Chat offered to have a website tech call me, but so I would get the correct person and so I wouldn't have to be on a phone hold. I agreed and gave them my number. Multiple hours later no one called. I rejoin the chat that had timed out getting a different person. They had no record of my previous chat history or a ticket to show I was expecting a call. Basically I had to start over. which I did. after going through all the same "fixes" that were offered before, when I asked if they could look into when I was getting a call, the chat told me to call CS. I told them again I had already talked to 3 people and I was expecting a call, they then disconnect the chat.

Easy to work with

Jeremy in customer service sales is terrible. He always acts like you’re a problem when you call. If he answers I’ll just hang up and call back hopefully somebody else answers.

Failed to ship correctly charged accumulator 3 times.

After 3rd failed attempt to get a 1500psi accumulator and having a 600psi delivered, we gave up. Still got charged for the higher priced accumulator and higher shipping fees. Customer service did not resolve and failed to respond to emails requesting fix of incorrect invoicing. Unlikely we will be doing business with Kleen-Rite again due to this experience.

I've been using Kleen-Rite since 2007 and they have always done a great job. They have great prices and customer service is very helpful.

The ordering system is very efficient as well as quick deliveries. Communication is excellent.

Kleen -rite is very greedy bought pumps over a month ago, just purchased again and one of the pumps went up over $80 and the other was over $50 increase. You people just raising priced to raise disgusting

This place is a joke i’ve been in contact with service five or six times in the last month I have a brand new carpet extractor that has never worked right since I bought it it leaks below the waist tank keeps getting tons of water in the electric motor and they keep telling me they need all these pictures that they need my invoice and I’ve sent everything multiple times..so now they’re telling me that it needs to be approved but when I call back to ask for a main Manager come to find out I’ve been talking to him this whole time… i’ll never buy from this company again.
