We have over 150 stores including standalone stores and concessions throughout the UK and Ireland and our own website selling direct to our customers.
Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. Our customer services team work closely with our warehouse team to ensure that we provide the highest standard of customer care .
We make the latest seasonal trends accessible creating a look and fit that is flattering contemporary and easy to wear - amazing quality and prices.
Seasonal collections are updated every couple of weeks weekly so there is always something new to discover.
Our ranges aim to make the latest seasonal trends accessible to all women whilst capturing a look and fit that is modern, stylish, easy to wear and comfortable — all at amazing prices.
At Klass we cover everything from everyday clothing through to Occasion and Cruise wear not forgetting our Outerwear.
All our garments are manufactured to the highest standards using specifically sourced quality fabrics.

The member of staff who dealt with me was very pleasant and courteous and made me feel welcome and I left feeling that that was a shop I would come back to not only because I love the clothes but I was treated with dignity and respect.

First Klass service in Banbridge Outlet
I liked a top in the Klass shop but I needed a smaller size. The assistant, Margaret, checked if there was a smaller size in the next delivery. Unfortunately there wasn’t so she gave me the name and code of the top and the Klass web site address. I ordered it when I went home and received it 3 days later. It fitted perfectly. First Klass service.
