Still no response – the voucher offer was fake
"Update: After my initial review, the company replied publicly offering a gift voucher as compensation. I followed their instructions and contacted them immediately with my order details, but I have received no response at all. It seems their public apology was just for show. I am still waiting for both my refund and the promised voucher. Do not trust their replies here."

A boutique of Grace, Lightness, and Beauty
A true haven where dresses feel almost unreal…
As if they were born in paradise, suspended between dream and imagination.
My dress is exquisitely light, airy, and delicately crafted, never heavy, never stifling, embracing the body with effortless grace and offering a truly distinctive elegance.
I was fortunate to visit this exceptional boutique… and it was met with wonderful success.
A genuine love at first sight ❤️🙏 !

What a beautifully written message… truly felt from the heart 🤍
We are deeply grateful for your kind words and for sharing your experience with us. Knowing that you felt the lightness, elegance, and dreamlike essence of our dresses means more than we can express.
It was an absolute pleasure welcoming you, and we’re so happy to hear it was love at first sight ❤️
We hope to see you again very soon… ✨
They are SCAMMERS!!
They are SCAMMERS!!! don't trust them! I made my first order, but due to the wrong size selection I wanted to return the dress and asked them to send me the correct size. They encouraged me to make a second order so as not to lose the size I want until the previous dress was returned to them, so I did. I went to the post office in my area, sent the dress back but it was returned back to me, they did not go to pick it up from the post office. In a communication we had on their What's app channel but also on their Instagram page they told me that they have not received any package from me, while the reason for the return from the post office was "the company was closed". I paid duties and taxes from the cooperating company in my country for customs clearance (ELTA Courier and FedEx). The next time I received the dress but again the dress looked like it was used with a falsification of the size and the dress was stained in many places like rust. I contacted the company again and instead of giving me a refund, they told me that they would give me a coupon for a discount on my next order. They NEVER gave me the coupon! Now I have 2 useless dresses without receiving a refund. NEVER again from this company!

As Kıyafet Sepeti, we would like to clarify that this statement was written due to a customs-related situation and does not reflect the reality of our company or operations.
The note stating that “the company was closed” should not be interpreted as us not being present or refusing to receive the shipment. We are a large, active, and continuously operating company, and it is not possible for our business to be entirely unavailable in the way it has been suggested. Situations like this may occur due to customs procedures or local courier operations beyond our control.
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we are always here to support our clients in the best possible way.
Regarding the coupon mentioned, we would be happy to assist you. Could you please share your contact number with us so we can reach you directly and provide the coupon?

Scammers! Will send you defected dresses and take your money.
Scammers!! buyers beware!!
Purchased a dress costing well over £200, only to receive the item defected. Hugely disappointing. Reached out to their instagram page, they had the audacity to say to me I should go and get this fixed at a local tailor. Absolute scandalous. They refuse to return my money and no accept the dress that has already been returned to them. Avoid buying from them, their positive hyped up reviews are fake.

As Kıyafet Sepeti, we are truly sorry to hear about your experience and the dissatisfaction you’ve expressed.
We would like to clearly state that sending defective or used products is absolutely against our company standards and values. All our products go through quality control before shipment. Situations like this may occasionally arise due to logistics or handling processes, however, we always take such claims seriously and aim to resolve them promptly.
Regarding the return and refund process, we kindly emphasize that international shipments can sometimes be affected by customs procedures, courier handling, or delivery issues beyond our direct control. The statement mentioned about the shipment not being received may be related to such external factors, not a refusal from our side.
Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we would never intentionally leave any issue unresolved. We would really like to review your case in detail and provide a proper solution.
Please contact us directly via our WhatsApp line or share your order details so our team can assist you as soon as possible.
