I bought a KitchenAid blender and they were one of the only stores that shipped to where I live. Had great communication, I could track the shipment, and it was delivered safe and sound :) ALSO I love the blender. Thank you KitchenShop.eu :)

Jeg har bestilt 6 rødvinsglas
Jeg har bestilt 6 rødvinsglas. De er blevet sendt fra Rumænien og jeg har fået dem i løbet af 6 dage.
Selve pakken har været meget forsvarligt pakket.
En lille pakke med 6 glas har fået 10cm tykt lag boblefolie og er blevet pakket i en stor papkasse.
Alle glas har overlevet turen gennem Europa med GLS bilen. Jeg er meget tilfreds.

Horrible experience.
Bought a Kitchen Aid mixer from them, and one day while we minced meat with the Kitchen aid attachment, the mixer started dropping blood and meat from the body and from different edges of the mixer itself. We sent it for a repair so they could clean and repair it and they sent it back to us in the same dirty condition, with dry/rotten meat and blood in the mixer, grease/oil dripping from the body and the smell that came from the box was disgusting. Even though we did send multiple images of the problem to them both before and after the “repair”, they keep telling us, that it is fixed - but the images are pretty clear. We agreed to send it again for a "repair" but we received it AGIAN in the same horrible condition. The mixer was not cleaned at all and it is STILL unusable for preparing food!!! This case has been going on from June and now they refuse to give us our money back, they do not even suggest to replace it with a new and we are stuck with unusable machine (only 6 months old machine when it happened). The mixer has obviously a defect as it should have not pushed meat in the opposite way at first place! Moreover the communication is very bad!

The people in charge of customer support were very polite and helpful, and my products arrived in perfect condition - even though one of them was a ceramic tea set. I was worried until it arrived :)
I am going to buy from them again, that's for sure.

No me envían los productos
Después de varios días de retraso, me mandan un mail diciendo que no me pueden servir los productos por estar agotado, a los 4 días vuelvo a entrar y los tienen en stock, da la impresión de que ponen precios como cebos para que pique la gente, y luego ter quieren enviar solo los que no están en oferta.

Lamentamos la experiencia que tuvo. De hecho, uno de los cinco artículos que ordenó lamentablemente no estaba disponible. Se le preguntó si deseaba que le enviáramos el resto de su pedido, pero se negó. Inmediatamente se le devolvió el dinero que pagó. Pero esto no significa que lo hicimos intencionalmente. Podemos asegurarle que esto no fue intencional y que tenemos muchos miles de pedidos completados. Publicamos en nuestro sitio web solo productos que tenemos en stock. Pueden ocurrir errores, pero siempre tratamos de hacer todo lo posible para mantener satisfechos a nuestros clientes.
