Kitchenology Anmeldelser

We bought a fridge freezer. The chap at the shop was knowledgable and helpful at purchase. The delivery was on time and they were very good at taking care of our home as they installed the fridge freezer and changed the hinge side of the doors for us. Friendly, efficient, value for money and excellent at their jobs. All involved where great.

First class service from the purchase to delivery and installation of my new Bosch oven . Great local business which i highly recommended. Diolch yn fawr.

We had a very good experience using Kitchenology earlier this year and had no hesitation in using the same company again. We ordered an integrated dishwasher and within a week it arrived and was fitted. Everything happened as scheduled, it was installed by a very tidy and professionally fitter who checked it was up and running before he left.

Straightforward, competitive price, delivery and installation as promised

Excellent store, staff helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend

Considering we were asking for new worktop, hob and sink on top of old units and facilities, Kitchenology did a great job, worked with our requirements and achieved just what was requested. The whole team were friendly and very efficient. Would highly recommend.

Prompt friendly service

Excellent attention and advice given when purchasing my fridge freezer and it was delivered and fitted, again, with excellent care and attention.

Great communication. James was polite, neat and tidy and showed me how to operate the new machine. I love it already!

Fast, efficient and professional service.

New washing chosen from website, popped into store (fabulous) to see it. Fast and efficient service and choice of delivery date/time. Cannot fault having such a great store on our doorstep 👍💯✅😁

A great service from beginning to end.
The presentation of the shop makes it feel expensive, I thought they just did kitchen design and high end goods but I was pleasantly surprised as they do affordable free standing kitchen appliances as well!
The delivery was bang on time, and the delivery chap, James, was very pleasant, confident and careful, my house is quite small with an awkward turn into the kitchen, he also had to reverse the door fittings to the left hand side on the appliance in his van, as no room in my house to lay the fridge freezer down. The fridge freezer is just what I needed! A Big Thank you to all at Kitchenology!

Friendly efficient service from James & James for my new Fridge Freezer. My local go to company for all things kitchen installation and appliances.

Amazing customer service from James and the team!!💥💥💥
They all go the extra mile to help, delivery was super efficient and with text reminders too, earlier than promised!!
Prices are better than the big boys! And it feels really good supporting local business too!! I cannot recommend Kitchenology highly enough!! And will certainly use them for all my white goods purchases in the future! Thank you James and your amazing team for a faultless experience!!

We needed a fridge fairly quickly and I can say the service we received from Kitchenology was second to none! Great service, fridge bought and delivered the same week. Great local business - would highly recommend!

We were extremely impressed with the whole process from planning to completion. As our original plans changed we felt listened to and assisted with helpful and encouraging advice. The whole team involved in fitting the kitchen were friendly, efficient and worked to a pretty tight timescale. We are delighted with the finished product and attention to detail in the final stages. Many thanks to you all.

Great service, no waiting in all day they said 2pm and were there at 2pm

Our operative James arrived on time. The job was not easy but he persevered and did an excellent job of installing our integrated fridge. He was clean and tidy and very pleasant.
