Outstanding product and Customer Service
With many options to choose from, we decided on KDO because of their excellent customer service. Prompt, clear and efficient company, I cannot recommend KDO highly enough. The doors, drawers and plinths arrived earlier than forecast and were made beautifully. The kitchen looks like new!

Customer service is excellent
Customer service is excellent, no problem too small. The expertise that went into crafting my bespoke kitchen doors was outstanding. The quality of the doors were amazing and accurately made to my precise measurements.
If your looking to rejuvenate your dated kitchen i cannot recommend Kitchen Doors Outlet enough.
Delivery was on time, they do need 3 to 4 weeks turn around so don't expect instant delivery plan ahead.
A professional company with professional staff. Highly recommended and competitive.

Slab white doors
Ordered 5 doors of various sizes, slab gloss white finish. Arrived well packed and are a direct fit to the existing hinges. Need to drill pilot holes for the screw but that's not a problem. Overall very pleased with the doors.

I received my kitchen door order late
I received my kitchen door order late, and the delivery cost was very high. When I contacted customer service about the delay, they were not particularly helpful.
The door itself also arrived without the necessary holes for the fittings/handles, meaning I now have to pay someone else to complete the work, which has added unexpected costs to the project.
Overall, I am disappointed with both the service and the additional expense caused by the product not being supplied ready for installation.

Hi DG,
We're sorry to hear of your recent experience and that your door arrived without hinge holes drilled.
In this instance, we offer free, fast track replacements but it doesn't appears you proceeded with the replacement.
With regards to delivery fees, we are as transparent as possible and set out costs at point of checkout and although we prioritise couriers that can handle bulkier items and speed of delivery, we do offer free delivery over £500.
Once again, I'm sorry to hear we didn't meet your expectations on this occassion and we appreciate you taking the time to leave us feedback.
Kind regards,

A very good experience
A very good experience from first seeking advice on what I needed from Jess to the items ordered being delivered sooner than expected.
Jess was very patient and helpful, advising on my requirements, how to measure up (esp hinge holes) etc
Products ( cabinet front plus 3 drawer fronts) were extremely well packaged and exactly as expected. Once installed they looked even better than I could have hoped for.
