Hello Anthony,
Many thanks for taking the time and leaving us a review.
We are happy that you love your Luxe Stainless Steel Cutlery Set. At the same time we are very sorry to hear that some of the black has come off, we think this might be due to black and gold cutlery needing a very special care - kindly make sure they are hand washed in warm soapy water and not in the dishwasher as extreme heat will cause the colour to fade or come off.
We were sorry that your utensils arrived broken during dispatch, we are always here to make sure the best solution is given to our customers.
Kind regards,
KitchBoom Team
