Following on from my below, Kiravans got in touch, the contact email had been placed in their junk folder - a partial refund was offered which compensated the issues stated below. All in all, happy with the outcome. Suggest calling in the first instance should there be a problem.

ORIGINAL:
I bought a T5 passenger single seat swivel. It was despatched quickly and arrived on time. The intent of the product was great but sadly the manufacturing tolerances were poor which meant fitment was incredibly difficult, ultimately resulting in me having to drill out holes to get it to fit, damaging the paint. A similar review on the website states it's the van which is out of tolerance; this is implausible. I reached out to customer services but did not receive a response. Had I not scratched it during the messing around modifying it, I would have returned it. In short - if there are no problems with your product, I'm sure Kiravans will be fine but if there are, there doesn't appear to be a culture of aftersales care.

Omg this company is one of the best!! Customer service at the highest level. I didn’t need part of my order because I ordered too much, I emailed them and they were happy to take it back for a refund. I struggled for a courier because of the aerosols, so they even arranged a courier for me which was taken out of my refund. Couldn’t do enough for me 5 star..

Purchased many bits of extra kit for my T6 and had nothing but brilliant service from these folk.

Being a Yorkshire lad, you always want good value and service and on the 1, yes 1 occasion the purchase i made from Kiravans was faulty [rare that this happens] and after conversing with them the issue was resolved happily, they could have only improved their amazing service in replacing and delivery of the new item by actually fitting it for me (my wish full thinking ha ha!) .. easy to fit to be honest.

Seriously great service, friendly staff, easy to find their premises when collecting purchases etc.

Top quality, thanks and I'll be a returning customer.

really happy with Kiravans
i bought a window kit from a t6 from them and the kit with the carpet and insulation etc, plenty of videos online to watch and away i went....it was all fairly easy really, just follow the instruction videos and do your research before cutting big holes in your van.

Bought the universal black out blinds for our 2005 Renault master. Fab product.
Really helpful as needed 1 set in longer length, told to wait until they’d arrived before returning the shorter length to make sure we we’re happy with the fit.

Just fitted the double swivel base for the front passenger seats on a Ford Transit. The kit was really well made, and really easy to fit! (Though make sure you have a Tx55 bit to get the bolts out) This has been one of the first times I have had a job on the van to do, and it went totally smoothly! I would definitely recommend Kiravans, communication, clarity, and quality were all top notch.

Great communication from the moment you make a purchase. I dealt with Barry as an item was faulty. Kiravans do their uptmost to provide top customer service. I messaged on a Sunday and got a refund a few hours later. Would be very happy to buy from them again.

Just fitted the double swivel seat plate in my VW T5.1.
Really pleased with the engineering, accuracy, finish and operation of this product. Absolutely brilliant, these guys have it sorted. It’s made a massive difference to the van.

Almost exclusively used their materials for a vauxhall vivaro LWB conversion - everything was fantastic.

The carpet lining for the interior surfaces really stole the show. We thought this would be the most fiddly bit of the conversion and it was a breeze! The spray-on adhesive works great and the carpet applies like a dream - ironing, folding and stretching gorgeously round corners or awkward shaped parts of the interior.

Our double swivel seat actually broke shortly after takeoff but they had a replacement delivered to us within 24 hours! Very exceptional service and its worked like a charm ever since.

Many of my friends with vans are very jealous of the ease the double swivel seat operates with. Takes around 10-15 seconds to swivel, with no awkward pickup/putdown that you see on a lot of models.

Customer service has been superb. I ordered the wrong part for my van and wrote back to explain. They (Kayleigh) responded very quickly to my emails and my issue was resolved so easily. Been a pleasure dealing with Kiravans!

I ordered a few items ( carpet, thresholds, cargo nets) all were delivered in a couple of days and top quality, unfortunately one item I ordered incorrectly and contacted Kira and without exaggeration, they were fantastic, could not have been more helpful! their service was first class. Absolutely first rate customer service. Quick response from Kayleigh to my query even though it was submitted out of shop hours! Front carpet set for my T5 arrived quickly fitted a treat and great quality. Couldn’t be more impressed. Would definitely recommend.

After having looking for parts of our campervan build for quite a few months, we have decided to purchase a large number of items from Kiravans during the January sale. To my horror, I realised I only ordered 5m instead 10m of Thermal insulation. A quick email to the team and it was resolved very quickly with me only having to pay advertised price difference. Thank you to John for excellent customer service. They also have very helpful video tutorials on windows and curtains installation, which we have installed in January. Still need to install swivel seat we bought, but couldn't help going out to enjoy our new windows for a bit first. One of the best customer services I ever received. Would definitely recommend Kiravans to anyone and we'll definitely purchase from them again.
