I had a good experience with Kingswood. The process was easy and timely. Mr Joe Bartlett was my agent. He was very helpful, organized and updated me through every step. Fees are quite high but the quality of the property is worth it, and the monthly rent is affordable. I would recommend Mr Bartlett and the company to everyone.

Joe is very reliable, helpful and organised a very quick home repair . He is always friendly and offers a great service.

Fantastic service, speedy. From first viewing to getting the keys was 6 days. Friendly, helpful, kept me updated throughout. Thank you. Would highly recommend.

Really good experience with them, fast and quality work! Especially thanks to Mr. Zunet Mullah, for finding us new home

Found them very easy to deal especially Joe Bartlett who explained everything I needed to do and sorted everything out for me. the move was so much easier than previous moves, everything signed over the internet with Docusign so no time off work bobbing into Kingwood to sign contracts etc. always answered emails very quickly. I would recommend them to anybody out there without a doubt.

Excellent service nothing was a problem for Chris.

It is 5star+ agensie. Would recomend it for anyone looking for top quality service.
Would also give 5 stars for our agent Muhammed Khansab. All the enqueries we have is always delt promtly.

Muhammed has been a great asset to the company. A friend of mine recommended Kingswood , but more importantly recommended me to go through with Muhammed. The whole journey of moving houses was very swift and every question of mine was answered. Thanks alot for making it a smooth and hassle free process

I was on the look out for a student property in Preston (UCLAN), I Came across Kingwood properties which provided a great service throughout the whole process. Muhammed (lettings) showed a lot of professionalism when dealing with my request. He found me a number of potential properties within a short period of time, and gave some good advice regarding the surrounding areas. Muhammed ensured the house hunt ran smoothly at all times and managed all issues very well.
I definitely recommend Muhammed k from Kingswood for a hassle free, straight forward estate agent.

It is my second time Joe Bartlett has helped me to find a property to rent.

Joe has again delivered services above my expectations. He has very high standards of working with people, always eager to help. Joe is very friendly and approachable and works very hard being able to adapt his services according to a customer's needs. I was offered flat viewings to suit my very busy schedule, including outside of normal working hours, which I greatly appreciated. He is very quick to respond to any quires, communicating through phone or emails, answering any questions immediately and professionally and solving any arising issues promptly. He always have time for you and keeps up to date at all times. I have been very impressed with the services provided by Joe Bartlett, his speed, efficiency, honesty and reliability.

Kingswood Property have very affordable prices. I wouldn't go anywhere else and highly recommend their agency to anyone looking for a place to rent. Contact Joe Bartlett and he will make your experience in renting a flat unstressful and enjoyable.

Thanks so much Joe Bartlett and the agency

I have just let my property to a tenant using Kingswood and have been blown away by the professionalism, persistence and levels of communication I received in particular by Muhammed. I used 2 agencies and heard nothing from the other whilst Kingswood organised 7 viewings in 2 weeks resulting in a lovely tenant now in place. I couldn’t recommend highly enough. Many thanks Muhammed

Reported an issue with the radiator to MR Joe Bartlett, he was very attentive and ensured the problem was corrected straight away. Would highly recommend this service to others.

Very very good helpful friendly service
And quick
Hand over

Thanks

Kingswood valued our property above other agents’ valuations and targeted potential buyers before the board went up. We soon had a buyer and the agreed sale price that was expertly negotiated by Chris was still above the initial asking price of the other agents.
Chris has pushed the sale through and has kept in touch with our solicitors ensuring that things have progressed smoothly.
Thank you!

We found Joe at Kingswood very easy to deal with feel that his professional approach helped in renting out our property.
