Sam White at kingswood was absolutely excellent - really helpful in our property search we would definitely recommend :)

Kingswood was very helpful in our property search. I would recommend it to anyone.

I’ve just moved into a rented property in Preston, and Andy has been fantastic (along with the rest of the team) along every step of the way. He’s been incredibly quick at answering any queries, and the whole moving process has been a breeze as a result. Highly recommended 😎👍

Service was fantastic. All our queries were answered promptly and sufficiently. Very easy and would definitely recommend.

Booking to view a property was very easy and stress free. The guys in the office have been so helpful and understanding. They did all hey could to help us get into our property sooner than expected. They are very organised and professional and I would definitely recommend them.

Really helped me and my girlfriend get into the property a little earlier, saved us a huge amount of hassle and I can't thank Habib enough for getting everything ready ahead of time.

Ajay was very friendly throughout. He was efficient and quick in sorting out our rental process.

Agent was fantastic highly recommend this estate agents

I am a key worker and wanted to move house. Kingswood properties helped me during the crisis period. Ajay and Louise was very cooperative and prompt since I have been in contact with them regarding a move.

Very professional in dealings with the rent paid on time. Any issues dealt with quickly and at reasonable cost. Peace of mind compared to the last dodgy agents. Would recommend to anyone wanting to rent out or sell a property.

I would most definitely recommend Kingswood Estate agents, they promised a quick sale and that's what I got, I would like to thank Chris and his team for a very professional job.
Thank you. Andrew.

Andy at Kingswood in Fulwood has done a fantastic job of getting my family a perfect rental property with minimum fuss and in a short space of time.

Fabulous job and would recommend

Rescued me from an awful situation where I had initially approached a cash buyer online. Kingswood found me a buyer within two weeks, everything from start to finish done in less than 12. This is the second time I have sold a house and I highly recommend their services. Plus They obtained a higher price than I thought I could achieve.

We had an excellent experience selling our property using Kingswood. Following 6-8 months with another agent we moved to Kingswood and we received an honest and transparent service. Ajay offered superb insight of the area and provided a superb service keeping us regularly informed on progress, providing objective feedback. Kingswood increased the viewing volumes and sold the property within 3 months and was completely hassle free.

Professional and supportive throughout our house sale. Chris was always on hand what ever time of day (even when he was off work) to give me advice and didn't mind me having a rant or turning the air blue!!! Thanks Chris and Ajay for all your work.

Ajay was great from the very beginning from believing that buying a house can be very stressful I never experienced that at all anything I ever needed was taken care of straight away from viewing when I wanted, any questions on the property, communicating with the seller it all ran so smoothly so can't thank enough.

First time I have used Kingswood Estate Agents. From my first meeting with Ajay I found him to be very professional, positive and sincere. Always courteous and polite when you speak to anyone at their office also Managed to lease out some large commercial premises on my behalf. Fees were very competitive and at every juncture have been amazingly helpful. Highly recommend this estate agents.

Dealt with Chris Molyneux throughout the whole buying process and I can honestly say he was probably the only person who made the house buying process easy.
