Cool Stuff, but I didn't hear anything for about 3 weeks, then got shipping notification, and it arrived soon after that.

Pretty sure it's a fake site. Ordered my shirt on September and have yet to receive it or get a shipping number two months later.

I ordered a hoodie well over one month ago and still no communication regarding shipping/delivery. I sent an email inquiring information about the order and still no response. Find your merchandise elsewhere.

Been almost two months and they haven't shipped my order.

Trying to get a refund on my shipping costs because shipping services I paid extra for weren't met and now I'm actively trying to explain to a very ignorant customer service what I am wanting. My shirt came a couple days later after the day I spent good money for it to be here on and now krm is jerking me around trying their best not to give me back my money

BUYER BEWARE!! I have messaged/emailed this company about an item I ordered and get no response. They don't respond to messages and none of their phone numbers listed work. I did not get an email with an order number or anything after the purchase, just a generic email thanking me for ordering. And now...no contact...

Garbage company. Placed an order two months ago and still haven't gotten it.
Only response is nonsense about "moving our warehouse"
No outreach, no apologies, no offers of expedited shipping or anything.
Mostly, just silence.

Placed an order for a Tom Waits album on 11/02/2023. It's been 14 days and there's been no order update nor contact with the seller despite repeated attempts following their FAQ. I have disputed this purchase with my bank and paypal in attempt to recoup funds as this site does not allow order cancellations without 'their' permission. Tldr; do not recommend.

Update: A few days after filing a dispute with PayPal I received a customer service response from KinsRoad stating my order was in queue and that a tracking # would be provided soon. Two days later I received tracking information and the product purchased eventually arrived. Entire process was 20 total days from order placed to order received. In the end I rescinded the disputed purchase against KingsRoad on PayPal once I received the tracking information.

I preordered a Public Serpents CD back in April of 2023. I understood it was a preorder, but it didn’t arrive untill September 2023. When i kept inquiring about it i got the same response: “it’s been pushed back to next month”. That got me no where when they couldn’t give me a date for when it would be shipped out. I got the same reaponse about 5 times before i got an email saying when it would be shipped. Overall, some frustration because i never got a solid answer to my question.

I ordered a shirt over 5 months ago and it still hasn't shipped and their customer service doesn't respond no matter how many emails I send. Will not be ordering anything from them ever again.

I am at week 12 since my order and my item has yet to ship. The month of October delays were expected as a warehouse transition was happening. My order was placed August 18th and I got an email just now telling me they don’t know when my order will transfer and ship.
I work in a warehouse and am transferring stock to another continent and can guarantee a (three day transit time with breaks) a 4 day turn around.
This company was one of the best in the business, why can’t they handle logistics?

I've ordered more than a few things from Kings Road over the last few years, and this year I had a preorder for a vinyl that ended up taking a bit longer on the manufacturer's side. So somewhere in the wait time, and me checking up on the order I had a change of address. I reached out and they had me sorted in a business day or so.Product shipped, and it was in great shape.

I had an order that came in fine but a different order went to my old address even after reaching out to try to change it. I didn’t get any response from the website and I reached out a second time and still didn’t get a response so I just lost those items and the ~$130.

I realy like de graphic and design. But the hoodie and the t-shirt are too small. The large t-shirt feel like a medium and same for the hoodie. It's a XL and he the size of a medium

Ordered Glitterer's "Life is Not a Lesson" LP on 8/29/23. Have not received the item or any update since. This was not a preorder. What is going on?

They send me a shirt with a crooked print. Within two weeks I got a new one,no charge at all. Great experience!

I ordered a Converge Vinyl with Gold and White splatter. It was supposed to take 6-10 days to arrive. Nearly 3 weeks later I got nothing, so I wrote them through their site. They got back pretty quickly to say that they're moving and experiencing delays. I would have liked a heads up, but at this point it's still no big deal. However, after waiting over a month, the vinyl finally arrives, only to find that the advertised white and gold splatter is entirely missing. Instead, there are maybe 4-5 white dots on each side, and absolutely no gold. I reached out multiple times to their customer support about a refund or exchange and have received no response at all.

To their credit, I did get the vinyl eventually, and it does play fine. But due to poor customer service and quality control, I won't be purchasing from this company again.

They ran out of the CJ bundle that I had ordered and without hesitation asked how they could make it right. I didnt want to be a jerk so I just said I would love a hoodie and had it in my mailbox the next week.

I am used to having to hunt down my missing merch and then fight about refunds, but not Kings Road. Stand up company.

Complete waste of time and money. Ordered a suicide silence vest and waited OVER TWO MONTHS just to never receive the package. Eventually once I became impatient and realized my vest was never coming, I had to ask for my money back. The whole time I was waiting those two months, every email I sent was met with the same excuse : “we are currently moving warehouses and will ship it as soon as possible.” And that takes over two months ?! It never even left the main facility. Worst merch supplier I’ve ever dealt with. At least I got my money back, thank god. Earned em a one star instead of a zero like it should be.
