Very fast . Very easy. Loved my experience

I ordered a couple of shirts. One of them was the wrong item sent. Contacted kings road and after a short, short time the proper shirt was in my possession. Great customer service. Thank you.

Always good quality gear and fast delivery

The customer service rep really helped with an issue I had with international shipping, it appeared that my order had somehow been returned to Germany after being sent to me, so I got in touch for some updates and help. The customer service rep had been exceptionally helpful in investigating the issue and stayed in touch with me, as well as agreeed to ship part of my missing items out again, although some were out of stock. Oddly the parcel did eventually arrive with me, so between myself and Kings Road Merch we weren’t able to figure out where the issue was, however if you are waiting on international shipping it’s worth being more patient and keep checking tracking, often the merch company have already fulfilled there end of the deal, but I found Kings Road Merch Europe were polite and very willing to help investigate my issue. I will add also I’ve ordered from Kings Road Europe many times and this is the first time I’ve encountered any issues.

My Ministry “Twitch” shirt has a hole in the stitching at the collar/back of neck area after one wash.

Nobody notified my order was cancelled waited 2 months for a record and it doesn’t play very well not happy with kings road merch and will not order here again

Ordering was easy for the most part except for a problem with checkout. I switched my browser to Safari and I didn't let it autofill my card number, which fixed it. Delivery was quick and the hat came in good shape. Also, the quality of the merch is great.

The customer service reps I've interacted with are great people. They took the time to address my issue with a product that had a manufacturer's defect and they replaced it without any issues. I felt that my issue really mattered to them and they treated me like family. Thank you!

My first mug was defective/broken so I reached out right away. Almost immediately, someone had responded to my email and said they would send a replacement mug to me for free and I didn't have to send the defective mug back. Top notch customer service! Also my mug is fantastic, it keeps my tea hot for a very long time - I could not be happier! I highly recommend.

I was super excited when I saw they were running a special for 2 pieces of apparel and one accessory item for $49.99 for the Violent Femmes. The package came in pretty quickly. I opened it up and was thrilled at the two tshirts that had chosen for my order. So much so that I wasn't even upset that my accessory item was not included. Would I have liked it? Yes, but was overall happy with my purchase and would order from them again!

Got an architects mystery box and got three tshirts, two of which were exactly the same. While I know it was a gamble as I was happy to get whatever I get, I would've hoped I would get three different items. Pretty bummed! But I do like the shirts I got and the quality is good.

Got my package quick and in time for the concert!

My overall experience was absolutely great. I made a customer service phone call to inquire about my purchase and was helped thoroughly.
On top of receiving my order earlier than expected, I appreciate getting a hard to find shirt!

Easy to navigate system. Shipping takes forever

The shirts ordered were the same brand, from the same band; however, fit like completely different sizes (one XL fit like a XXL).

Customer service responded quickly and let me know all the information I was looking for!

I bought 3 items from this company. The shipping was outrageous. But the bigger problem was that I only received 2 items. I contacted support and after waiting, I was told one of them was "out of stock" and my money would be returned. I don't understand how that's possible since I bought it in stock? I was disappointed that this was not communicated to me. I was disappointed to open my box and not see all of my items and not know why. I only gave a second star because the lady who responded to me was kind and apologetic and said someone should have told me that much earlier. Based on this experience I will not be purchasing anything from this company again.

You can never start a fan base too early. Jim’s niece ( 15 months) and nephew ( 2 months) are now fully clad to rock out. Thanks for making all sizes available!

I really enjoyed the gamble of the purchase.
I was promised 2 shirts and an accessory.
Saying that potentially a hoodie was one.

I got a hoodie and a shirt.
I was only a bit betrayed because I got no accessory.

So my beef is that the website made a promise that wasn't true in my case even if my deal was good.

I like my hoodie and shirt.

I just don't like being lied to even if I like what I got.

I know, maybe dumb, but the principle remains.
