It's a joke,

Went on and it was a very confusing site.

Even after depositing money it asked me for more tk play a game.

Cancelled all bonuses and withdrew my money which cost me £1 transaction charge ... Never been charged on any other site and told it could take 6 days!!

Needs taking down everybody be warned!!!!

Update: Day 2 and still unable to withdraw. Staff say its a technical error across their site. Don't care I just want my money! No one can give me an answer. Doesn't matter how many times I try to clear down my bonuses, it won't work even tho I have £160 in real money and 0 in bonus money.

Unable to withdraw! It says to clear down bonuses. I have done this 5 times and still can't withdraw my real money. Spoke to an advisor on chat called Ceasar and even he was confused. He said hes escalated this and to try again later. I want my money back!

7 days waiting and counting, Avoid at all cost, they will make it impossible to withdraw.

Deposits are instant and with multiple options, but once you want to withdraw to the same payment method you used to deposit , they will begin asking for documents with a fair amount of information on them, statements and photos of the card from and back.

Customers support have very little English and are super slow to answer, I dealt with a couple different ones none had a clue what document the (supposed) finance team needed to allow withdrawal.

Honestly just avoid them. I have reported my case to uk financial regulator.

Am still waiting for my withdrawal after sending all documents to the relevant department not one person has emailed me with an update so far it's taken 5 days and still no reply I can't see how it can take that long after the relevant department has seen all the documents and been approved but still no withdrawal very dissatisfied so far.

Fake promotions galore.

I opted into a promotion, deposited and free spins were not credited. I checked with Live Support and they claimed the promotion had expired - if it had expired, why was it showing in my account?

I closed my account which is the one thing they did do correctly.

If you like promotions then stay away from King Casino - they cannot be trusted on this front.

Good so far - a very good selection of slots, pretty well presented. The lobby layout seems a bit cluttered on a tablet but that's small fry in the scale of things.
Did 2 cashouts (total just shy of 1000 off 300 deposit) so far and will edit review after I see if they go through ok as that's the real litmus test for casinos.

After reading the reviews got a bit scared to use this site but after depositing £250 I managed to win over £5000 and after sending documentation and ID proof I received the funds in two days. The 24 hour chat system has been great. Spoke to a couple of different people and both times they were very helpful and reassuring that the site is real and not a scam.
