I cannot get hold of anyone on live chat or email I have been trying since the 13 may 2025. My withdrawal is still pending since that date.

Why are you blanking my review? Thieves and fraudsters, haven’t paid me all the deposits the said they would after closing my account, I have now started action at a small claims court

my phone ran out of battery and I hadn't saved my user name! and for the life of me can't remember it! have used the forgotten username button numerous times and emailed, and still no response. I want to access my account as I have funds in there! it says they care! and open 24/7 clearly not! how is it so difficult and if they keep having technical issues as I have seen one the reviews maybe they should shut down and sort them first! very disappointed!

Pending Withdrawals
If you ever want to be put off by gambling then this is the site for you!! Really wish I had read the reviews on here before I deposited anything. Have nearly 1k in pending withdrawals, all relevant documents sent yet nothing. Get the feeling I’ll be chasing this for a while. Says it’s a trusted U.K. gambling site but I can’t see how if they refuse to pay out. Will keep on chasing and hopefully update this review if I ever get my money.

I can confirm this was now paid in full after contacting them again asking what the hold up is as I have uploaded all my documents payment was made pretty much instantly.

Honestly don’t use these, you get the bonus and it doesn’t even give you anything!!! I won off them and withdrew it with no problems but now I’ve won again they won’t give me my money saying there’s been a problem! It’s the exact same withdrawal method so how come all of a sudden there’s a problem it’s been over a week now and they’re still telling me to upload documents when I have done numerous times. But they still take your money definitely the worst casino I’ve ever used scam artists

Poor customer service closed the chat instead of resolving my issues have 6 pending withdrawals none have been paid! every time I speak to some one they just cut the chat of and say it being dealt with. Over £420 owed. Quick enough to take my money but don’t want to pay back

Been waiting over 2 weeks for my withdrawal. Every time I contact customer service they say there are unable to tell me when this will be processed 😡

I’ve unsubscribed in the normal way, emailed the company numerous times and STILL get texts at all hours with links to their dodgy casino.

Seems like this site like taking your money but do not like paying out your winnings, customer support impossible to contact, my payout was declined and went back in to my betting account, now seems to be stuck waiting for approval.

UBDATE: still no response from customer service, left this over the weekend and emailed again this morning, seems they are point blank ignoring any contact I make with them.

Absolutely shocking behaviours, suspended my account & received an email to say all deposits made into account would be processed as a refund! All I have had refunded are 1 x £25 payment and 1 x £23 payment. I’ve deposited over 2K, been emailing for 3 days not one single reply. They are thieves. I have gone to resolve, the police and will be going to the national press .

Still no response to any emails!! Still no more money & no further refunds pending! Beyond fuming with this cowboy company, I’ve now taken further action

They are now saying they said they’d only refund the deposits not made in my named account. ALL deposits have been made from my girlfriends bank and ALL show on the statement and are linked to my email address via deposit receipt emails.

Another day another lie . Still no funds in my account even though clearly in the last reply to my last negative review you told me it's been processed. My bank has zero transactions pending from this company. So another lie yet again which I'm being fed. And now they have decided to stop replying to my emails. I've escalated this complaint to the gambling commission and asked them to review the license and read the ongoing review of customers being scammed by this casino .
