Cold-called me then lied about it

Cold-called me. Lied about why they had my personal mobile number. Hung up on me when I tried (politely) to find out which database company had given them my personal number. Hung up on me again when I called back to continue to try to find out what I had a genuine reason to find out, because my personal number seems to have been passed around companies like theirs for years despite my attempts to get this stopped.

Lovely Olivia helped me to communicate…

Lovely Olivia helped me to communicate with my terrible energy supplier. She gave me real tips to try to achieve fast the end of my ongoing endless issues. She really gave me a support not only technical but also mental as I am very upset with the electrical company I am with. I hope I can get rid off them !!! Thanks Olivia

Fantastic

5 stars isn't enough!

I cannot recommend Kinetic energy solutions enough. Zak especially has been such a massive help and saved me from so much hassle and dealt with very difficult situations on my behalf. I can contact him with any issue and he deals with it straight away. Zak has also got the business some very good energy deals and made the switch very easy.
Would recommend Zak and the team to everyone :)

FIVE HUNDRED STARS IS NOT ENOUGH

As a small Community Benefit Society and the current caretakers of a Grade II listed building/ 190 year old organisation, we have been working with Kinetic Energy Solutions since 2023. Fahim has been nothing short of brilliant, securing a reduction in our energy costs of 30%+.

2 years ago we were tied into an expensive contract which had become a very serious threat to the business and has almost resigned ourselves to going under in the early part of 2024. Fahim found a way through and dealt with the provider for us, taking all the stress with him. It is no exaggeration to say that his actions saved us from closure and we will be eternally grateful for his timely intervention.

We have found that all communication and dealings with Kinetic Energy Solutions are straightforward, responsive, courteous, understanding, open and transparent.

We have no hesitation in recommending this company to any customer and hope that our working relationship lasts for years to come.

Zak called to discuss current provider renewal. Sorted out a good deal for our firm. Wasn't pushy or overbearing like most Energy Renewal company agents. Overall simple and straight forward process for renewal. Thank you.
