These daily task boards are awesome. My kids love them (and they stickers) and they help us get ready before school!

I bought this for my grandson’s First birthday! He loves it!!!

My item was “lost during shipping” even though it never updated to saying it shipped or provided any tracking. When I requested a replacement I was told they no longer make them, kind of glad cause it seems they’re ripping off the design of a business elsewhere. Pretty sure I was never getting my item and they just wanted to cover their ass and have a reason for the refund beyond that they had a product listed for sale that they couldn’t even supply.

Item arrived broke

My Mother’s Day gift sign is absolutely beautiful. I do believe that my mother will absolutely love it however, upon opening the package, I noticed that the bottom of the sign that slides into the holder to hold it up was bent and broken so I had to glue it.

Pressboard that you have to assemble should be cheaper 😂

Choking hazards. The balls came off within first use. And the wood is chipping.

I ordered the Mickey Mouse ear headband wall holder and when it was delivered, the frame was broken into pieces. We tried to fix it but it wouldn’t stay together so we could not use it. I contacted the support team multiple times and have yet to receive any contact back. Very disappointing.

I ordered a gift for my nephew and it was never shipped and no one had answered any of my emails.

The toy was as described and very cute. Wished the wood was a little thicker…seems like it might be easy to break and not as sturdy as I had hoped!

Cheap design and difficult to assemble

I love the product. It would be nice if there will be an email confirmation stating that the company receives the order of the customer, just as stated on the website.

I ordered a personalized puzzle board for my grand daughter’s bday . I have not received updates on my order and they don’t respond to my emails. Payment has gone through so they’ve received my money yet I have nothing to show for my purchase. I think 2 months is plenty of time for them to respond. Extremely frustrated and will not purchase items from them again.

My son loves that puzzle! Great customer service when we lost one of the puzzle pieces!

I also placed an order in October and heard nothing for months. Called and left a message in early January then got an email the next day my order was shipped. Still haven't received it. "Support" email gets you no response. Possibly the orders received were overwhelming but company should reach out to customers and at least give a status. Very dissappointing.

I placed an order on January 12th and I still haven’t received any updates on my order. When I try to track it, it says no order available. I’ve sent 2 emails over the past 3 weeks regarding this issue and I haven’t heard back from anyone. I’ve even tried calling them several time and still couldn’t get ahold of anyone to help me.
