I am based in california this tool really has saved me ton of time managing my multiple facebook groups.The email capture + Google Sheets sync works great and also its very Responsive. Their UI and support is bit weak tho.

The tool is solid. I had a small glitch with the excel sheet integration but support fixed it fast. I wish the interface was a bit prettier but hey it works and makes me money.

OMG I can't believe how mush time I used to waste. I was literally copying and pasting the answers to my membership questions for every single new member into an excel file. My group gets 20-30 new requests a day so it was eating up HOURS every week. A friend told me about group convert and i am so happpy she did! Now I just click approve and all the data including their email goes straight to my Google Sheet. It's magic. I have so much more time to actually create content and engaging with my members instead of doing admin work.

I had a terrible experience and want to warn others before they invest in this program. I paid over $17,000 for a "done-for-you" business package that was supposed to include coaching, support, and even a trip to Mexico or Panama with luxury accommodations. It all sounded impressive, but once the payment was made, everything fell apart.

After I paid, I was handed off to another group in the Philippines and had to do most of the work myself. Later, I was assigned a coach from India who started asking for personal information like my credit card number, SSN, and bank details. That’s when I realized something wasn’t right.

The original coach, Kim Dang, who I trusted because she spoke about helping others, disappeared after receiving my payment. She stopped responding to messages and Zoom calls completely. Out of frustration, I stopped working on the business after two months and begged for the remaining 10 months I had paid for. I received nothing. I paid $17,000 for a “done-for-you” business program that promised coaching, support, and a luxury trip. But once they had my money, everything changed. I was passed to a team overseas, then assigned a coach who asked for my credit card number, SSN, and banking info. The original coach, Kim Dang, disappeared completely.

There was no trip. No real coaching. No refund. Just excuses.

Later, I found out I wasn’t the only one. Over 11 cases have been filed against her. She still claims to make $4–5 million a year while others are left with nothing.

I’ve now spent an additional $3,000 in legal and case filing fees, bringing my total to $20,000. Please be cautious. Get everything in writing. Don’t pay large sums upfront. I learned the hard way.

I was using a different, cheaper FB group scraper before. It was a nightmare. Every time Facebook changed their layout, it would break for weeks. The developer was non-responsive. I switched to Group Convert and the difference is night and day. It works with the new Facebook interface perfectly. And knowing my Silver plan includes lifetime version updates means I don't have to worry about that anymore. You get what you pay for, and this is worth every penny for the reliability alone.

Okay so, this tool does exactly what it claims to do.
It reliably pulls the emails and questions answers from your pending members list into a Google Sheet. It works. The initial set up took me 20 minutes to get right, which was a bit longer than the 60 seconds advertised. But once it was running, It's been completely hands-off. It saves time, for sure. For the price of a starter plan, the time it saves is worth it. It's a solid utility for group admins.

In my experience, most software like this is just a tool. But Group Convert is different. The exclusive Facebook community is a huge bonus. It's full of other successful entrepreneurs and Kim is in there sharing advice all the time. It feels less like a customer support group and more like a high level mastermind. I've learned so much from the other members in there.

I handed over a $500 deposit to this company, thinking I was stepping into a valuable learning opportunity. Turns out, that money just bought me a front-row seat to some very creative pricing. I asked for my deposit back, but apparently, they’re much better at cashing checks than offering transparency. I’m just thankful that’s all they managed to take me for, because if there’s one thing this experience has taught me, it’s that the coaching and learning industry is full of pretty faces with no soul—more than happy to pocket your hard-earned cash and then hit you with the fine print. Lesson learned. Proceed with caution.

Even Kim Dang who was always following up, all of a sudden became too busy to reply messages.

I wasn’t looking for hand-holding — just honesty and fulfilment of what they promised at the beginning. Instead, I got upsells, vague deliverables, and manipulation disguised as coaching. Proceed with caution. The packaging looks impressive, but the substance is lacking and absolutely trash. Be warned!

I was told at one point that if I didn’t complete a particular task by the next day, I’d lose any possibility of getting my money back. I would not recommend working with Kim Dang. My experience was that the program was far more focused on revenue than on real service. The care and depth required for sustainable success simply weren’t there — not for someone like me, and perhaps not for many others.

If you are someone who values integrity, emotional intelligence, and genuine support — I urge you to seek a coach or mentor who truly sees people, not just profit. There are so many out there who walk their talk, honor their word, and know how to hold the tender process of becoming with grace.

Update after seeing their review. I had no idea what I was getting into. Maybe they gave me a huge document to read, but the phone conversation I had with the person who sold me promised me in 20 different ways that I would get my money back if it didn’t work for me. I tried my hardest. I showed up. I did everything they told me to do and of course they found something wrong with it. Don’t listen to their reply. Leave this company alone unless you are DESPERATE, as these people who charge $17,000 for cookie cutter advice prey on desperate people. You can get far more support from ChatGPT.

1. Initial Agreement and Payment Issues

From the outset, my dealings with Kim Dang’s company were riddled with unprofessional conduct. We agreed on a small down payment, with the remaining balance to be charged to a different card as discussed. Instead of following this arrangement, her team ran my primary card without consent. When this card declined, they repeatedly charged smaller unauthorized amounts, scraping my account for a total of $12,000 without my approval.

When I expressed my desire to cancel, her salesperson, Mary, begged me to reconsider, blaming the billing issue on a mistake by their team. She promised the services would meet my expectations.

2. Misrepresentation of Services

The “done-for-you” (DFY) services I purchased were grossly misrepresented. Here’s how the services failed:
• Slides: The slides for the 5-Day Challenge were AI-generated, generic, and irrelevant to my business. My team spent hours revising them nightly, but they remained incomplete by the final day, causing confusion and reputational damage during the challenge.
• Ads: I was promised that all 13 ad creatives would be run for the duration of the challenge. This never happened. No meaningful ad campaigns were executed, and the assigned ads manager was unresponsive.
• Landing Page: The landing page provided was incomplete, missing critical thumbnails and key details about my business, further reflecting their lack of professionalism.
• Additional Staff Requirements: I was assured that no additional staff or team members would be required to execute the program. However, from the outset, I was told I needed an appointment setter and someone to nurture leads throughout the month. When I raised this with Priyanka, a team member, she assured me she would personally handle these tasks. She never followed through.
• Unstructured Lead Nurturing: Due to Priyanka’s inaction, multiple unmoderated chat rooms were created for the leads, causing chaos. Participants promoted their own side businesses, badmouthed mine, and undermined my brand, resulting in significant reputational damage.
• Support: Instead of a true DFY service, I was asked to co-create materials on calls with their team. In many cases, I was left to complete the work myself, which is not what I paid for.

3. My Attempts to Resolve the Issues

I made repeated attempts to resolve the matter. On November 26, 2024, I had a Zoom call with Kim Dang, during which she made the following key admissions:
• Kim acknowledged that her salesperson, Mary, had been let go for falsely selling “done-for-you” services that her company could not fulfill.
• She admitted her company had faced dozens of chargebacks from other businesses for the same misrepresented offer.
• She apologized for her company’s unethical practices and promised to review my case with her team and find a resolution.

4. Broken Promises and Lack of Communication

Kim’s promises during our Zoom call were empty:
• She never provided a resolution or refunded the $12,000 charged to my account.
• Despite my multiple follow-up emails, she failed to respond or follow through.
• While I was able to recover $8,000 through my bank dispute, Kim retained $4,000 for services that were incomplete and misrepresented.

5. Retaliation Through False Reviews

After my partial dispute resolution, Kim retaliated by leaving a false negative review about my company on Trustpilot. She posted the review under another company’s profile (with a similar name), making misleading and defamatory claims about me and my business.

This action was not only unethical but also contradicted the understanding we reached during our Zoom call, where she acknowledged her company’s wrongdoing, apologized, and promised to make things right.

Despite my efforts to avoid sharing my negative experience publicly to protect her reputation, Kim’s decision to publish a false review demonstrates her lack of integrity.

6. The Bottom Line

My experience with Kim Dang’s company has been nothing short of a nightmare. From unauthorized charges to misrepresentation and retaliatory behavior, her actions have caused significant financial and reputational harm to my business.

I urge anyone considering working with Kim Dang or her company to proceed with extreme caution. Their unethical practices, lack of accountability, and disregard for their clients’ trust are deeply troubling.

The coaches are good, their insight and knowledge based is helpful. Unfortunately, it very much a profit only driven company vs. really trying to support clients. The guarantee and 1:1 with Kim are not honored, so if those are important to you, you may want to reconsider. Be very mindful during the sales call, really think and consider before you pull the trigger. Will you get value, definitely, but will it be enough value to justify the cost?

The process is amazingly fast. They don't dawdle, as they want you to succeed and start making your money quickly. The onboarding and coaching have been superb and I would recommend them to anyone wanting to get a bigger return on their Facebook Groups.
