If I could give less i would. Item received 3 weeks after ordering and bares no resemblance to what I ordered. Currently in a email war trying to get a refund. They are asking me to choose a replacement and just pay shipping 🤣. What reason could I possibly have to give them more money. Absolute sham of a company. Unfortunately more of these companies are popping up with UK website addresses to scam people.

Very bad product and very bad customer service. The quality of the item was extremely poor, not as described on the website. The website is fake, do not buy from it. It claims to be UK based, but returns are to Asia with a high shipping fee and restocking fee of 20 dollars when returning and no guarantee they will recieve the product and refund the money. A huge scam. Please avoid.

Sent cheap fake version of advertised dress. Different colours, fit and material. I wouldn’t normally buy from a provider I don’t know but was reassured by a 30 day money back guarantee. However they refuse to honour that 30 day money back guarantee, saying they will take a £20 fee from the initial £40 price paid. Do not trust company. Fake/scam.

Do not use this company. The dress I ordered was too small and the fabric flimsy and poor quality. The phone number does not work and my email was returned to say that the recipient’s server was not responding.
Complete waste of money and time.

The item I received was misdescribed and poor quality. The parcel came from the UK, yet the company insists returns must go to Asia at my cost plus a $20 restocking fee. No return address has been provided.

Their website lists three different business locations (USA, China, UK), and the product photos appear AI‑generated.

My experience suggests misleading advertising and refusal to follow UK consumer law.

They sent me the wrong size, then wanted to charge me postage to send the correct item. See below

We cannot accept responsibility if the package does not arrive safely.

Crooks, don't buy from these guys whatsoever. American company, selling things from China, the item I ordered was way undersized and colour not as described. they are wanting a £20 restocking fee and a£60-£70 return shipment fee, which is complete lies as the item I purchased was £40.... for anyone else discovering how bad these guys are, you can report them to your bank and you can get your money back that way, just show your emails as proof. In the process of reporting Kimberlybenn right now...funny thing is the last company I had this kind of issue with was also American, I'm seeing a pattern. Get in contact with your bank guys they will get your money back straight away.

Do not use this company. If you need to return an item they charge you £20 to process it and say it needs to be sent to Asia!!! I’m furious they state 30 days return policy but they have no intention of anyone sending it back.

Sent me the incorrect size - I ordered size UK 6 but they sent me a UK 4.

Reported this immediately and they proceeded to tell me that I would have to incur the cost of the return shipping fees if $20 for a refund or pay for the shipping fees for a replacement in the correct size.

This goes against there terms stated on their website.

Scam company with terrible customer service.

The company refused to cancel when I accidentally ordered a duplicate item, even though I contacted them within the 30 minutes they allow for cancellation. Please be aware that under consumer law in UK you have 14 days to cancel and you are entitled to a full refund. You can dispute through your bank if paying by debit card or use credit card consumer protection. You will be successful as they are in breach of consumer protection law here. The bank usually refund immediately and that is the end of the matter .

Do not buy from this company. They are not UK based. The dress I ordered was cheap material and not like the picture. It also did not fit - so when I tried to return it they sent me 5 emails ( to date) asking if I really wanted to return the item(?) When I have insisted it does not fit they tell me that I will have to pay $20 restock fee and also a lot of money ($60/70) to send back to Asia. Their website says full refund and 15% restock fee which works out at £6. Do not buy from them - they are not as they seem.

Ordered a pair of sandals ad they sent the incorrect size. I have requested that the correct size be sent but all I have received are automated emails requiring me to pay the cost of return postage. Clear breach of consumer law and will be reporting them accordingly - very disappointed.
