Hello, I will try to keep this review brief.

I do not wish to damage anyone's ability to make an honest living.
However, I feel it is only fair to people potentially looking to purchase from this company to share my experience.

I placed an order for a waistcoat and jacket for my upcoming wedding. The price for which seemed unusually low compared to other companies' offerings.
However, I proceeded anyway.

After purchasing, I did not receive any order confirmation.

Thankfully, I had taken a screenshot of the order page, with my order number etc.

I waited several days and then decided to reach out to the company on Instagram, explaining I had not received an email and would appreciate having confirmation details and an update on my order.
They did not respond, and have not done so to date.

I again reached out, using their dedicated chat form on their website.
Once more, they did not respond, and have not done so to date.

I have other things to deal with just now, so wasn't too fussed about stressing over the order. So, I waited.

To my surprise the order eventually arrived. With no advanced notice or communication.
The originator's address was a place in Pakistan... Not the UK, as the website presents itself to be based.

The condition:
It was folded into a small cardboard box.
The waistcoat was okay sizing, but the jacket did not fit well (despite apparently being custom made to my specification, as I entered various sizing details before ordering).
Also, the items had slight staining and debris on them.

I hope this experience can help other's make an informed decision.

We reached out to customer help and they did everything for us so that we get the kilt: They made a new one so fast and send it via express with DHL that it received just in time and could enjoy our event! I needed a kilt and Prince Charlie jacket for a wedding in less than two weeks, and the experience exceeded my expectations. I worked with a real representative who went above and beyond to expedite the process as much as possible. They asked thoughtful questions to ensure the custom outfit would fit perfectly and match exactly what I needed.

Everything arrived with plenty of time to spare, despite shipping overseas, and the outfit is absolutely amazing. The fit is perfect, and the quality exceeded my expectations. Thank you again for all your help. I love the outfit!

I attempted to order a custom tartan bolero. The website kept switching £ with $ without the amount changing and they forced me to select a rush order for a charge of £39.00. When I asked questions about it in the chat they said the currency was in £ and the $ was just a website thing and I would be charged the lower amount in pounds. That was fine, I would have continued. Then they said the item would take 4/5 weeks, I said I was forced to place a rush order, they said they needed time, so I asked to remove the rush order fee and the reply was suddenly the item wasn't available right now. I discontinued conversation at that point. I felt like I'd just wasted an hour of my time on the website putting in measurements and following their directions only to realise they have markups you are forced to accept for services that they can't/won't live up to but they still expect you to pay for. Highly dishonest and misleading.

Found this kilt company on they were very helpful very happy with the quality of the kilt 🥰
