This shows that the seller always gives a bit more to make the customer happy, which is important for a business that lasts." Moreover, China, hosting one of the world's leading crystal wholesale markets, needs a reputation for integrity. The more I learned about the crystal market, the more I felt the need for change. Why not establish a brand that not only showcases the beauty of crystals but also changes the status quo of the industry? What We Do Thus began my journey. I visited numerous crystal factories and wholesalers, interacted with experts and artisans, learning to distinguish real from fake crystals, understanding their mining and processing, and comparing different quality products to gain a deeper understanding of these magical stones. In this process, I realized the importance of establishing strict standards to ensure the quality and ethics of our crystals: From the source, we carefully select partners who use pure, natural crystals without any dyeing, electroplating, or synthetic processing.
