I have no complaints about the table tennis table I bought from them, via Amazon, but I was disappointed about the late delivery (10 days) and the fact that I was given scant information about the reasons for the delay, despite sending them 4 or 5 emails. At one point they gave me a phone number to call their courier myself to arrange the delivery. This turned out to be a premium rate number and all I got was a recorded message saying they (the courier) could not give out any delivery information. So I had to pay about 50p for the call just to hear that. At that point I would have given them zero stars if I could, but the delivery did in fact happen two days later, and the product is fine, so my rating is higher.

Ordered a pair of training shoes - When I tracked them their courier(Hermes) said they attempted to deliver - They hadn't - I was in all day AND they left no "attempted to deliver" notification card.....The tracking "then" said the following day "en route to delivery point - will be here by 8pm......NOBODY CAME!......The following day after that "tracking DISAPPEARED altogether.......FRAUDULENT COMPANY - "NEVER EVER use them".......You've been WARNED!!!

Just Sports Direct under another name. Never would have purchased if I'd checked first. Dreadful company, both customer service wise and morally.

When you buy from the company expect not to get what you pay for! It's a roulette approach to online retail, if you like a gamble get on with these cowboys, they might shoot your horse and don't get caught with a dead man's hand. Ordered a couple of items with a 48 hour delivery specified, so we have a sweepstake as to when it's actually going to get sent out, and one for when it arrives. I have a date pencilled in for the sixtytenth of nextember. Avoid the retailer like the plague, good old Sports Direct wearing the mask, bit like the Lone Ranger but a lot more useless......

It would be no stars if possible, ordered a ping pong table in April was delivered damaged beyond repair, customer service the worst I have ever dealt with do not reply and have no contact number! Do not buy from them. Partial refund received, ping pong table is still sat in my garage! I won't get the rest of my refund until they collect but they will not arrange collection and will not answer my emails.

Woman says it’s out for delivery like a third time. Couriers say they haven’t even picked up said item! Try get in-touch with her again (crickets) now I wait till the foreseeable future? Wait until this pandemic is over and no one needs a table tennis table again? Thieves !you and that useless ceo

Very very poor customer services. Brought tennis table which arrived damaged, refused return until pandemic over, would only refund 10% which was not acceptable on a table worth £180! Will not replace or refund. No phone numbers to contact and refusing to email my complaints back. Hoping Paypal can now rectify this problem. DO NOT ORDER FROM KICKBACK OR SPORTS DIRECT!

Utter utter poop of a company.
Waited over 3 weeks for delivery of a trampoline.
Turned up and bits were missing.
Waited another week for a response.
To be then told that the item was out of stock and they would collect item and issue a refund.
Another week later, no collection and I’m left with half a trampoline and £360 out of pocket. AVOID

Despite the negative reviews I've read about this company my experience with them was good. I didn't get my order, as it turned out that that were sold out of the item I'd ordered. But I was informed 3 days after I'd ordered and immediately refunded. I will definitely be using this company again based on my experience, even with not getting what I wanted.

Ordered some items on their ebay store, said 3-5 day delivery yet took a month. Throughout this period, numerous lies just to delay things. A week after the agreed delivery date, they finally confirmed that the dumbbell had finally been picked by the courier and should be with me soon in a few more days time. Who knew it was a lie?? Another week passed, haven't received anything, contacted them again, another person told me that actually the item still hasn't been picked up by courier! When I asked if they have a date as to when the courier will pick up my items, they said the courier can only pickup a set number of items a day, but refused to give even a rough date on when it will be my items' turn. Essentially, I could be waiting a few more days, a few more weeks, or a few more years for all I know. Delay during the COVID period is fully understandable given the difficult times we are in now, but certainly not DECEIT.

Not that surprised given kickbacksports is sportsdirect, just look at sportsdirect's trustpilot page.

No surprise this company trades under the sports direct group, three times I attempt to purchase a table, first time was my fault as I cancelled the delivery, this was due to me ordering one off sportsdirect directly and they cancelled on me, so I order through kickback on ebay, annoyed with sports direct I believed it was them sending the table I cancelled so I cancelled again, as I was ordering through kickback, only to realise they trade under the same name, although the email regarding delivery only mentioned sportsdirect and nothing of kickbacksports, so a mistake really on sportsdirect group.
So.i see the same table listed again by kickback on ebay so I purchase it, day later emailed out of stock, and after that they have no tables available for a few days until I see an indoor table listed which I purchase. 5 days later, today order randomly cancelled by them, contact ebay and told they claim out of stock again! Yet they are still selling the same table, and also the previous table they claim out of stock. This is by far, the worst shopping experience i have faced. How difficult is it when selling an item, to list the amount you have, if I have 5 eggs and I sell 5 eggs I have no eggs left to sell

Selling out of stock goods and then ignoring communications. Borderline fraud. They are also a trading name under the sports direct group. Avoid

Sent me a defective item via amazon. Dealing with the return and refund was a nightmare. Fortunately Amazon stepped in and sorted it out.

Will never order from them via Amazon again. To be honest i'm surprised Amazon allows them to continue trading on their platform.

I'd say KickBack Sports' customer service was a joke, but i didn't find it funny in the slightest.

Contrary to all reviews I have read, Kickback sports dealt with my complaint, ( item was delivered damaged) In a very courteous and prompt manner. I am entirely satisfied with the outcome.

Only given 1 star because I can't give 0.
Purchased shoes off them through Amazon.
Returned for a refund and still no refund given after 2 weeks.
After a number of emails they claim that they have never received the shoes back even though the Royal Mail track and trace website states that the parcel was received by them on 05/02.
They are now telling me to claim off Royal mail.
Avoid at all costs if there is a problem they just fob you off and the telephone number given for customer service is a "wrong" number.

Dreadful company, good were never delivered, Amazon will not refund my £80 +
I have no alternative than to cancel Prime and not use Amazon.
