Selling items not in stock but advertised as in stock. They do not respond to emails and therefore you can’t contact them. Their chat service just generates automated responses. Completely useless and will now have to try and get a refund through payment option.

some of the items ordered weren't delivered and when asked for a refund they dint even refund us the money & this happened a few times. quality of vegetables & fruits were bad, few were rotten as well, no refund for those even after we sent the pictures and everything.

I believe council ahould take action on this store and penalise the owner for cheating innocent people. I am cheated for my order #KS516304GB. I need refund pls

Worst online shopping experience ever! Customer service non existent.
I wish I had checked Trustpilot prior to ordering the items!

Not only they sent the wrong items, the boxes were beyond damaged.

And to add insult to injury, they suggested a partial refund, but also no communication from them since 25th August.

It is now obvious to me that they are a rip off store, in particular with online sales. They shouldn’t even be allowed to trade!

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

They sent all fruits covered in moulds and fungus. The green tomatoes were sprayed with toxic chemicals, they became hard outside and smelled of chemicals, surface had white spray marks after few days. All went to bin. I sent them pictures of the products they sent and asked for a refund but still now no reply and no refund.
Do not buy from them as I suspect they are using toxic chemicals on their fruits and vegetables which are banned in the UK. I have notified the trading standard and sent them a sample and the invoice.

Please avoid this store. Worst customer service ever. They promised me to replace the items they sent spoilt. No luck even after 1 month. They lie.
These ppl should be banned from operating.

We ordered some mangoes from this store. Clearly they have no intention of checking the state of these before they leave for delivery as a significant number were rotten. I tried to get in contact with the store but unsurprisingly had no replies.
They are a rip off and should be avoided.

No proper management, No phone the call was received poor quality, item not sent.

They didn't send two items in order. I noticed only one and asked for a refund, which they refunded. The second I noticed the next day , and they refused refund. I don't like being cheated out of my money. Besides the jamun and mangoes were of poor quality. Won't be buying again.

I bought vegetables that was literally past sell by date and obviously not fresh as suggested. I could not eat them and through them all out. I also bought a large bag of Basmati rice and that open. I immediately contacted them and they ignored all my emails. Kirana Store is part of this company (never heard of them) yet they replied saying they would send a returns label, nothing sent. I have chased three times. Worrying how a bag of rice was sent half opened and yet tightly wrapped in cellothane. I do not think this company has any hygiene standards at all and would recommend you avoid them. I will not be purchasing from this company again, very bad customer service.

Recently bought mangoes and leafy vegetable which all were smelling and bad. please do not purchase as they are not professional. wasted £43

Sent me wrong mangoes which were also all squashed and inedible.Emailed to complaint snd was told alphonso mangoes were out of season and hence the replacement!! Zero stars!! Should be shut down!! Cheating company!!

Good produce. But packed badly. A lot of fruit broken. Contacted company to request a refund for broken fruit but after one initial reply they stopped replying. Rang many times but no answer. Was looking for a Indian grocery store to do regular orders from but unfortunately due to the disgraceful customer service would not be a repeat customer.

Mangoes arrived squashed, damaged and black. Very poor customer service as it was impossible to contact the firm after delivery. The phone line keeps ringing and nobody answers! The email address doesn't work either. Buyers beware!

Thank you to the Kichri Store for their excellent service and fast delivery. What's more they still deliver to Northern Ireland despite the new Irish Sea border protocol - hooray! 5***** all the way!

I am very happy with the Customer service as they are very helpful and kind to help me. I had ordered the Alphonso Mangoes couple number of times and other products as well were very fresh and all of them were delivered on time as committed.Thank you Kichri team, I am very happy with your service.

I couldn't believe it was the same store.

3 Types of Mangoes including Alphonso (ripe, good size beautiful flavour), Kesar( almost ripe with a great citrus sweet to it.) Banginapli was large and had a lovely firm flesh.

Curry leaves were very fresh and no droop.

The Jamun reminded me of an indian summer. The were of a good size and mainly firm. about 3 were soft and over.

The long small aubergine could have been firmer but still cooked well stuffed.

I would buy again though would suggest a next day delivery maybe at a premium as a Saturday order to a Friday delivery is too long.

There is no 0 star unfortunately I have no other option than to select 1 star. I have placed order for mangoes recently from this site and they delivered most of the mangoes rotten and not in edible condition. I have asked for refund but they made it very complicated by trying to convince us to accept the mangoes. We also received 1 wrong delivery. Customer care was not good and rude. I would like to share with you all so that nobody can be deceived.

Had a bad experience with another mango seller red rickshaw. So was skeptical to try another online seller kichri at first, but I was pleasantly surprised with their service. Received order quickly and accurately and mangoes are prefect as advertised. No complaints.
