I put a request on Checkatrade, needing help in next 48 hours. I got an immediate response and Stefan was with me about an hour later. Our front door would not lock. He took the mechanism out, showed me where it was broken, replaced the part. He lubricated all the similar doors in the house. Cheerful and informative.

Fast & professional response
Fast response, thorough job & professional approach. The experienced locksmith adjusted our oak bi-fold doors & fiddly oak French doors which previous tradesmen had deemed too difficult. We are delighted that they are now fully functioning!

Staff were very repsonsive and speedy, but I didn't appreciate that the locksmith changed my lock without discussing prices or options so I felt compelled to pay the lock that was installed, it was all so rushed I didn't feel I had a moment to think.

Very helpful and thorough.
The locksmith spent a long time trying to find a way
to repair or replace an old system on an aluminium door. Unfortunately she was unable to source spare parts or replacement but managed to somehow adjust the handle so it did actually shut without having to wiggle the handle which was floppy due to corroded spring I think. She was very thorough and I highly recommend this company . Easy to contact and came quickly.
