Exceptional quality, fast and professional service. Great value for money too! Highly recommend!

Bad Customer Service

Told us to ring at a certain time today and he would come out straight away then just ignored texts & calls.

How he has cost us twice the price for reprogramming of only key to car.

Brilliant service! John came out on the same day and saved me after I washed my key fob, best price around and 10/10 service!

Wouldn’t recommended anyone else!

Excellent service.I lost my mini clubman car keys ,they came out on their day off and spent nearly 4 hours as he had to put right a fault that the last company did xx I now have extra keys and hopefully will not need them again . But I would recommend them and give 10/10 .

Lovely guy my mam called this company out to replace her car keys whilst he was there he had a look my key for my own car whilst I was waiting for my mam's car to be done . He also replaced my key case for me and saved me forking out for a total key replacement for a very fair price.

Will recommend to anyone. 5 stars ++++

Bought my daughter her first car, only 1 key. Google search found this company and communication was first class. John came out next day and cut a second key, original fob and a a great price. Cannot recommend highly enough, great service, great guy and great price.

This company turned up at my place of work and carried out a review and complete refurbishment of my 2 car keys that were a little worse for wear
I now have 2 new keys 👌
And at a great price 👍

Needed new keys for my old Merc after they accidentally went in the washing machine. Also a spare key for my old Jag. Called to book in and he was here within about 30 minutes. Sorted all keys in about 40 minutes for a very acceptable price.
Also allowed me to observe the whole process. Highly recommended.

John was great and did an excellent job. I bought a second hand car with only one key, John was able to code out the missing key and supplied two genuine BMW keys. Johns communication was excellent and I would highly recommend him.

This feller was great 👍 got me in the car and sorted a key tested my batteries front and back great price and very helpful service would use him again if needed even stored his number and would recommend him to anyone that needs a locksmith my car and mercedes-benz model very greatfull to keycrarfters

Quite possibly one of the most helpful people I have ever come across. Initially contacted for a quote for key issue on a new fob! Helped my diagnose and fix the issue over the ohone. Five star won't hesitate to contact again if required can def recommend

I asked for a quote for a spare key on a Sunday and John came to the vehicle on Tuesday and sorted not one but both keys for the same price quoted for one.
Can't ask for better service than that.
Very happy with the keys and would recommend this company to anyone.

Brilliant service came straight out and replaced my key even fixed my old key thankyou

My husband accidentally locked our son’s keys in his van around 5:00 pm. I called Keycrafters, after seeing them recommended and reading their great reviews. Within half an hour — by 5:30 pm — he was already at our house and had the van open! Super friendly, professional, and incredibly quick. We were so relieved and impressed. I’d highly recommend Keycrafters to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation.

I used key crafters because he was close to home, the service I received from first contact to the completion of the job was excellent, he talked me through every step and tuck no time at all. Highly recommended A+ service

What can I say?! John was AMAZING he went out of his way to get into my Audi and was so professional and thorough. He truly went above and beyond whilst reassuring me in the process putting my mind at rest. Top marks. Thankyou!

Great service from start to finish. I was let down a main dealer several times, so I tried keycrafters, and their work was amazing, and I could not recommend more highly.

Called John to sort me out with a couple of new Keys for my Landrover Freelander 2. Great communication from the start and sorted the problem with ease. Would highly recommend.
