Keycluy 

Compre unas botas que supuestamente eran de cuero y me mandaron unas botas de plastico las cuales son una muy mala imitacion de las que aparecen publicadas en la pagina. Es una estafa ya que venden un producto y te envian otro. No te mandan el producto que aparece en la foro sino que te mandan un producto parecido de muy mala calidad y mal gusto. Hice el reclamo pidiendo que me envien el producto correcto o que me devuelvan el dinero y me dicen que me sugieren que no devuelva el producto ya que me tendria que hacer cargo del envio y me ofrecen un descuento en una proxima compra lo cual es totalmente ridiculo ya que no piendo hacer una proxima compra despues de que me estafaran. Volvi a hacer el reclamo y ya no me contestan.

Absolutely abysmal customer service. Falsely advertised a product, the product I received was appalling and incredibly cheaply made. They then refused to issue a refund or accept a returns. I was forced to take legal action to get my money back.

Ordered a pair of boots that showed up completely different from the advertisement. They offered no refund option but instead offered me 50% off my next purchase. The quality is garbage. Beware false advertising

I would give them zero stars if I could. The product I received was NOTHING like what was purchased. We asked for a refund and they said they would give 50% off the next purchase. NO WAY I AM ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN. So it was just a waste of money on something I will never use.

They don't give a return adress. They wright:
As for returning ,we really don't suggest you do that, because you will have to pay the returning delivery fees(According to keycluy's regulations, the buyer need to afford the shipping fee if any problems by their choose) , and the package will take about 1-2 months to us, it may take the risk of lost during the transit.

Has anybody got a return address for this company? I have emailed, meessangered,fb and rung all to no avail. I ordered some boots which were advertised as leather but there plastic, which I'm allergic to. Grrr

I ordered a bikini in biginning of July. And still after two and a half months later have I still not received my package.

I have been writing them several email, but with no response.

It is totally ridiculous company and I can absolutely not recommend anyone to buy ANYTHING from their website.

Having ordered a swimsuit a great deal of time ago, I have been made aware that Yodel failed to deliver my parcel to the correct location. As is now the duty of Keycluy to contact and track down/issue a claim against Yodel I am left unable to take action from my end.

Please for a 4th time, can I request KEYCLUY take action and send me my purchase or give me a refund!!!!!!!!!

Orders something with the belief I could send it retour, as their website states (or stated if they changed it by the time your read this):

"Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns);"

Then I received my product, but was really unhappy with the quality, material, incorrect sizing and more. Then I tried initiating a return, which at first 'they strongly adviced not to do as I would have to pay high return fees'. When I informed them about their own website statement (how can that really be necessary?) they started to ignore my emails. So now I lost my money and am left with a bathing suit I will never ever wear.
