I'm having a problem getting a hold of Kerotv. Website won't load, WhatsApp not working. Can someone let me know what's going on please?

I live in Australia, decided to try before I buy, had issues straight away with bad buffering or quite a few chanells not playing at all. Contacted support in which they gave me several different URL's to try, we eventually got one that worked ok, so decided to pay for 3 months after the trial period, things were going well until I had to subscribe again, unfortunately this is not possible and am unable to contact them, still trying via Telegram and Whatsapp no response

Terrible service, always cuts out, always has prolonged periods of not working. Arrogant support people. Honestly don't use them!!!!

Since yesterday that the service is not working, and the costumer service is dead. Tried to contact them via mail on text but nothing. Don’t waste your money on this one

Wasn't happy with the lag and buffering so I requested a refund using their 7 day money back guarantee... And guess what, they ignored me afterwards.

Absolut genial....super Support, einfache und verständliche Erklärung auf der Website...war am Anfang auch etwas skeptisch und habe erstmal das 24 Stunden Ding zum testen gebucht....hat mich alles überzeugt...hab es eigentlich nur zum Sport gucken geholt und kann mit ruhigem Gewissen satte 5 Sterne geben.....man kann auch alles mit Paypal bezahlen, dafür einfach den Support über WhatsApp anschreiben....sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit....ihr findet echt fast alles an Serien und Filmen....hatte selber diverse bekannte Streaming Abos gehabt und weiß welche Serien da aktuell und geil waren und die bekommt ihr bei KeroTV auch...und alles sehr übersichtlich....und zum Ende sei noch gesagt das die Bildqualität sehr sehr gut ist und es gibt auch kein aufhängen des Streams oder das es hackt....von meiner Seite aus kann ich es nur jedem empfehlen der mehere Streaming Abos hat und gut Geld sparen will

Absolute Spitze . Habe nur 7 MB Download aber kaum bis keine Bufferung . Fussball Bundesliga vergebe ich 10 Sterne. Vielen Dank und weiter so.
