Kent ok, but carrier, DPD, atrocious
No problem with Kent Plumbing themselves, but massive problems with their chosen carrier DPD. These guys made three attempts to deliver which failed each time because they couldn’t find me. This despite detailed instructions from me and even “what three words”, exact location of our door! Even when they did finally deliver they didn’t leave the parcel in the “designated safe place”, but by our gate out in the open where it could have been stolen or soaked by rain.

We usually have a good experience with them but on this occasion they have let both ourselves and you down so we can only apologise for that. We, like yourself, even gave them the what three words location and thought that would solve any issues!

Brilliant
Brilliant, (so far at least), I ordered on line, they were the cheapest for the toilet I wanted and it was delivered within 2/3 days. Parcel was intact and I was made aware when it would arrive. I say (so far at least), because it has yet to be fitted, if I have issues then I will discover if their support team are as good as their sales team. But I am not expecting any issues. Highly recommended.

Tried 4 companies before Kent
Tried 4 companies before Kent, I wanted an oversized radiator to replace a damaged one from another company. Nobody could get me a replacement before Christmas. Then I tried Kent supplies they checked with their supplier and came back to me with Thur 22.12.22. I ordered 19.12.22, the radiator arrived early on Wed 21.12.22. The price was very good, £12 dearer than the cheapest, but delivery before Christmas and £200 cheaper than another company who could not deliver before Christmas.
