Ich berichte hier ausschließlich über meine persönlichen Erfahrungen mit Kentfaith DE.

Update vom 15.11.2025:
Trotz einer schriftlichen Bestätigung, dass meine Daten angeblich gelöscht wurden, hat mich Kentfaith DE erneut per Werbe-E-Mail kontaktiert. Dieser Vorgang ist kein Einzelfall, sondern zieht sich inzwischen über etwa fünf Jahre hinweg – immer wieder mit denselben Mustern: Abmeldung verlangt, Ruhe für kurze Zeit, dann erneut unerwünschte Kontaktaufnahme.

Ich habe mehrfach eindeutig um Löschung meiner personenbezogenen Daten gebeten. Diese Bitten wurden entweder nicht umgesetzt oder nicht dauerhaft berücksichtigt. Für mich entsteht dadurch der Eindruck, dass meine Daten intern weder kontrolliert noch zuverlässig verwaltet werden. Welche Ursache dahintersteht, kann ich nicht beurteilen – die Folgen sind jedoch jedes Mal dieselben: erneute Werbemails, obwohl ich ausdrücklich widersprochen habe.

Zusätzlich wirkt es äußerst befremdlich, dass auf der Website kein Impressum erkennbar ist. Dadurch bleibt völlig unklar, wer konkret rechtlich verantwortlich ist und an wen man sich offiziell wenden könnte. Für mich ist das ein gravierender Transparenzmangel.

Auf Grundlage dieser Erfahrungen kann ich keinerlei Vertrauen in den Umgang von Kentfaith DE mit personenbezogenen Daten entwickeln. Die wiederholten Kontaktaufnahmen trotz mehrfacher Löschaufforderungen empfinde ich als äußerst problematisch.
Aus meiner Sicht sollte jeder, der Wert auf Datenschutz, Verlässlichkeit und klare Verantwortlichkeiten legt, äußerst vorsichtig sein, bevor er diesem Anbieter persönliche Informationen übermittelt.

I purchased a very well priced gimbal. It’s well made and serves my purposes perfectly.

I bought 2 items from that great brand K&F. A mist filter which was super high quality and a nice tripod for my camera.

I originally ordered two filter sets consisting of CPL, ND4 and UV filters. I was extremely impressed by both quality and price.
When I was looking for some new Tripods, I chose Kent Faith again.
I ordered two tripods with different uses.
One was a standard tripod, and the second converts to an overhead tripod.
I have given both of them a lot of work to do and I have not been disappointed.
They are light, strong, easy to use and well built.
I would recommend Kent Faith Tripods and Filters to any serious photographer, or new photographers who are looking for affordable, quality equipment.

I purchased the Kentfaith WiFi Weather Station, 10.2" Large Display, which failed after 6 months. Kent faith replaced the item under warranty.

I bought a small carbon tripod for a trip to Norway to film the northern lights. The tripod worked well and provided a good platform for my cameras even in rough seas and high winds.

I purchased a tripod with Kentfaith for my partner who has booked his first photography gig! However I was very much pushing it for time before he heads off especially with Christmas only having just ended.

I emailed the team at Kentfaith to see if there was a possibility of them fast tracking the picking and packing of the order with little hope, but they got back to me a few hours later letting me know they had the order ready to send out and were just waiting on the delivery company from there. They were also kind enough to pass along a message to the delivery company to possibly prioritise the order! Obviously once it's sent off it's out of their hands but I appreciate and commend the customer service and initiative of the team. They have definitely earnt a loyal customer!!!

Again I orderd a nice filter set on the original K&F website. I'm a fan of the Nano-X series filters because of there durable quality and good overall filter looks. Black diffusion id my favorite. Shipping was fast and the price was fair including a small season discount.

I bought from Kentfaith an 82 mm CPL filter, an 82 mm variable ND filter and a 32L camera backpack. Overall, I’m very satisfied. The filters feel solid, the nano-coating does the job, no unwanted reflections and they’re easy to clean. The CPL delivers natural colors and better contrast, and the variable ND gives me proper exposure control and smooth motion for video work.

The backpack was a pleasant surprise - comfortable, spacious and actually waterproof. I can fit my camera, 2-3 lenses, a drone and a laptop with no problem. The tripod holder is stable and secure.

To sum up: great value for money. The gear performs well in professional use, and I can recommend it to other creators who need reliable and affordable equipment.

As a professional photographer, I'm always looking at ways to cut down costs without compromising quality and K&F is a brand which specializes in exactly that.

I purchased an adapter which was lost by the Danish packet company (DAO). After the usual investigation with DAO K&F sent an additional adapter without extra cost. The adapter arrived this time also via DAO as shipper.

Love their products as the quality is great. Their shipping is quick and always packed securely for transit.

Durable Tripod, but Post-Purchase Experience Raises Concerns

This tripod is sturdy and does its job well. However, I feel compelled to mention the post-purchase experience. I bought this in July and only received a request to review it now, in December—five months later. Furthermore, the request was explicitly tied to a $10 discount on a future purchase, which feels more like an incentive for a positive review than a genuine ask for feedback. While the product itself is fine, this practice undermines trust in the review process.
