Kent Bespoke Shutters Anmeldelser

We are really pleased with the product and must pass our special thanks to Chris who installed the shutters within an hour. He was polite, professional and clean, removing all the waste products. We must also applaud the initial survey as not only was the measure precise, he explained all the options of blade size, hinge, colour, base material and opening options.
In essence we would certainly use your company again and have a second estimate for our bedroom window, which we need to change before ordering the shutters.
Many thanks

Excellent service , kept informed throughout the process from quotation to installation.

Kent Bespoke Shutters provided us with a great service from start to finish. They provided us with a fair price and a professional fitting service. The shutters look great in our house and really make a difference. They come fully recommend and would certainly use again.

First class company from quotation to installation. High spec products, installation very clean and tidy.
Very pleased with the shutters has completely changed the look of the room. All staff very friendly and professional

Kent bespoke shutters were actually recommended by a few friends and we stupidly went with a slightly cheaper company, which turned out to be an absolute nightmare. But Rob came back over 6 months after he first gave us a quote, helped talk through what we wanted and didn’t want after being burned by the other company. They honoured our first quote even though it would be almost a year after quoting that the shutters would be fitted.
Chris and Rob turned up on time and worked super fast to get our shutters fitted and left no mess at all. And we are SO happy, just great quality material, great workmanship, super professional and reliable. We’re so grateful to Rob and KBS. I’ll recommend to anyone who asks for shutters in Kent.
Thanks again! :)

Rob was very professional on his first visit to my home, this was a key point in going with kent bespoke shutters. Also you were also highly recommended by a colleague. The shutters look brilliant. Thankyou.

It's becoming less common to find a company that has attention to detail and with there start to finish application. Great product
Graeme

Thanks Rob, Chris and Zena for our shutter installation & customer service.
We recently moved into our home back in September and knew straight away we wanted shutters, Rob came out within 2 weeks of us moving in and we had booked in for our shutters. From the first payment to installation it took around 11 weeks and we couldn’t be happier with the results!
Rob had installed shutters on my parents house and and a few people we know - so we knew we were in safe hands. 10/10 service, reasonably priced, happy customers!
Thank you once again.

Installer was very good at his job, wore clean slippers to ensure our new rug was not spoilt and he was very well mannered.

The service was excellent from start to finish, the team were prompt, knowledgable and have a delivered a high quality finish on our blinds. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Absolutely amazing quality shutters and expert-idly fitted. Would highly recommend

This is the second time I’ve used KBS. Their customer service is unmatched, nothing was too much trouble, I was kept up to date with the progress of my installation and they were very prompt in responding.
The overall service exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

My shutters are amazing, better than I could have imagined.
Everyone we dealt with was polite.
Everyone worked really hard and the finish is fantastic.

I cannot rate or recommend this small family run business highly enough. From first contact to get a quote to installation the service has been first class. They were highly responsive to all my queries and everyone went above and beyond to be helpful. They were excellent in keeping me up to date with the progress of my order and the installation was done expertly and professionally. The finished product is of really high quality and my neighbours have even commented on how fantastic my windows look. I would absolutely use them again and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to everyone. Excellent work KBS!

Excellent service from the moment Rob came along to discuss what I wanted and explained all the different options available. He showed me various samples, I made my choices, placed my order and was kept informed regularly how things were progressing by Zena.
When it was time for the installation of the shutters Chris fitted them perfectly, explained all the different positions that could be used to allow light, give privacy etc. He was so tidy that it was as if he had never been here, except that I had lovely new shutters at my windows.
I am so pleased with the whole experience of dealing with Kent Bespoke Shutters that I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a superb quality product with excellent customer service.

Great quality products installed well. They look great and are a good solution for our tricky bay window, thanks!
