Kensington Medical was born out of a desire to offer a cosmetic surgery service specialising on the face. Using our extensive knowledge of cosmetic surgery and non-surgical treatments, and working closely with patients, we brought together a group of outstanding experts to focus solely on the face. Kensington Medical aims to support patients through their journey to retain their youthful facial features and find solutions to address the effects of ageing on their face. Our guiding principle is our wish to help patients through their cosmetic surgery experience to truly meet their goals and accompany their journey beyond simply booking an appointment and undergoing treatment. This journey can be life-changing, yet taking the steps to contact a clinic and ask for advice is sometimes intimidating. We help break-down these barriers and offer friendly, professional advice to help you make it happen. Our core patient care team have extensive experience in facial rejuvenation, using surgery, fat transfer (also known as fat grafting) and advanced non-surgical treatments involving laser, radiofrequency and ultrasound equipment. Our team are primed to match our patients with the very best surgeon for their needs. From the moment you start to consider a facial treatment, our team have you covered.

First class facial cosmetic surgery

Summary: I would recommend Mr Gately and Kensington Medical to family and friends without hesitation.

Detail: I attended my original consultation with a view to booking a facelift, but Mr Gately took one look at my face and was adamant that I didn't need such an invasive procedure at this stage. Instead, he recommended a (cheaper!) upper blepharoplasty since I'd flagged unhappiness with my sagging eyelids, and tear trough and cheek filler to restore volume. I went ahead with both in January and am delighted with the outcome.

Mr Gately's team were extremely patient and helpful while I went back and forth on dates, and the facilities on offer (in my case, Cadogan Clinic and Mr Gately's own clinic in Raynes Park) are top notch.

Such a great surgery

The whole process from start to finish was incredible. The reception team are fantastic and I can't thank them enough for their help with post-op questions. And as for Mr Gateley; his work is fantastic. He's calm, approachable, knowledgable, and everything you could possibly need from a surgeon. He was always quick to accommodate any requests and explains everything thoroughly. Thank you!

I had a lower facelift and my upper and…

I had a lower facelift and my upper and lower eyes done at Kensington Medical. I hated my jowls overall and my cheeks seemed to have dropped. That's all gone now and I'm very pleased, I feel like myself again. Its very natural and I'm delighted. I can now wear eye makeup without the overhang and bags and my lower face and cheek area are so refreshed. Mr Gateley and team were great.

Had a consultation with David Gately

Had a consultation with David Gately. He briefly looked at me, said i was not a good candidate and that the reason I wasn't happy with my under eyes is because I was not a "lard-bag" (meaning i'm thin) and that i am "getting old".
Please bear in mind I am 42 and this came from a surgeon pushing 70.
Within 5 minutes he was holding the door open rushing me out.
£200 to be told i'm getting old and rushed out.
Absolute joke.

Amazing

I had upper Blepharoplasty with David Gately…. What an amazing man.

The service and support via Kensington Medical was brilliant and Pierre was always on hand when called.

In an industry which can cause trepidations - I wholly trust Mr Gately and his team.

Superb !!!

Highly recommended, very happy.

Thanks for my new nose. Couldn’t be happier, no more worries about the side profile.
Everyone at Kensington Medical were great and my plastic surgeon was the best.
I am very happy.
