If you follow the instructions to a "t" there is no problem - however they do appear to be written for expert ITers... quite straightforward and concise - perhaps a "problems" paragraph could help tho... Vis mer

Excellent service
I ordered the wrong size album. I was able to return it even though outside usual return date. Money was refunded and I ordered correct size which came very quickly. Excellent service and excellent product

Great quality and value
I've bought a couple of the multi-aperture photoframes and am delighted with them. They are great value and top quality - perfectly aligned and look fantastic. I chose the oak frame with the bright white mount and the contrast is fantastic. Delivery was fast too. Top marks.

Normally had good quality but just ordered 100 A4 photo mounts and quality is lacking, bought enough to do all the team competition photos but now short for one team of 20 photos , marks on the mounts so can’t use them “disappointed “ now got to buy more mounts and that’s at my expense now,will not be buying from here again

Tbh ...never heard of them until I was…
Tbh ...never heard of them until I was looking for a sliding device for my camera . Great products at great prices with fast delivery ....what more can you ask for?

Marks on slides and unable to retreive part of the print holder
Kenro 4 in one photo scanner; constantly getting a line on slides and negs in the same place. I am unable to rectify this I have tried a blower. You can dismantle in order to clean off what I suspect a hair or dust. The other issue is one of the clips has fell off of the back plate which holds the prints in place. It is proving impossible to retrieve, I am not at all impressed with this piece of equipment the worst £100 + that I have spent. I will not be buying any more of their products, I even wrote to company about the first problem and asked for advice but never received a reply! I am going to put this all-down experience a be a lot more careful what I buy in future
