It is extremely disappointing
It is extremely disappointing. I ordered a gift for Christmas over 3 weeks ago and it said it would be delivered within 5 days. Still haven't received anything or had any contact from the company. No sign of a track my order or anything. Tried to contact the company with no luck. I would echo the reviews below. It’s a shame because I’m sure it would’ve been a lovely gift to give.

Missing items from order
I ordered a sushi making kit. One of the items was missing from the box. I reached out to the company many times but have received no response. Very disappointing. I won't be buying anything from Kelly Loves again.

Brought a pack of rice and peanut…
Brought a pack of rice and peanut crackers from h&b over £2 for just 80g opened them at home but most of them broken. They were nice but not the quality I was expecting for the high price.

Ordered three items that where in stock, after three weeks my ordered got cancelled and refunded.

Poor quality
I first bought “Kelly Loves” snacks from a supermarket and decided to buy some directly from the company.
I opened a bag of the Rice & Peanut crackers and ate some. I immediately noticed that the taste and texture were off.
I looked at the bottom of the packet and it read 25Jun2023. My order arrived the day before.
It’s not the Sell By date or the Use By date. It’s the Best Before Date and it’s there for a reason.
The quality of the product deteriorates over time and this is evidenced in the poor quality of the snacks that Kelly Loves sold me.
The Seaweed Rice Crisps have a Best Before date of 31.07.2023.
The date has not passed, but I know that the quality will not be very good.
Why would you sell your products when they’re not at their best?
If you’re going to sell products that are near or passed the “Best Before” date, you should at least let the customer know and then - like many other companies - sell them at a reduced price.

Fast shipping and they make the most delicious Lychee Ramune! They even gifted me an extra bottle for free.
Will order again once my ramune stash is empty :)

Seems legit and had no problems.
I bought the Yuzu tea and it came quite quickly. Ingredients all listed and it tasted lovely and how I would expect it too. No issues with the company. Was a bit worried since I couldn’t find any reviews for them, but all seemed ok and will purchase again, maybe also look at other things they do too.
