Products appear to be fine. Can't eat them until 2027 as my shipping was messed up and they didn't arrive on time. I paid for priority USPS to arrive by a specific date. They were shipped UPS and arrived 3 days too late for my event. Was also not reimbursed for extra shipping I paid. Company was apologetic but they said due to some items being out of stock they couldn't fix it.

I recently ordered a pair of hard dance shoes from Keily's and I was so impressed with how fast they arrived. Their website said delivery would take 3-5 business days, and I honestly expected it to take the full 5 days, but they got here in just 3! Shipping only cost $10, which was amazing, if I had ordered from somewhere else it would have easily been double.
I wasn’t sure what size to get, but their customer service was fantastic. They helped me figure out the right size and were really kind and patient with all my questions.
The shoes are great quality and the whole ordering process was smooth and easy. I’ll definitely be ordering from Keily's again, especially since I’ll need soft shoes soon too. I really recommend them to anyone looking for Irish dance shoes, fast shipping, and helpful service. Thanks so much, Keily's!

I rarely write reviews, but I feel like people need to know how bad the customer service is at Keily's. I would never recommend anyone to shop here. We were in a pinch trying to find shoes for our daughter in a hurry, and our local shop recently closed, so we ordered a few pairs from Keily's to try on. Tried them on for a max of 5 minutes each pair, with our daughter's teacher present (carefully making sure to keep them in returnable condition). We returned two of three pairs of shoes, and received an email saying they would not accept one of them as a return. Our options were to pay for them to ship the shoes back to us, or not. They included a photo of the "damage" which was undetectable to us. It is clear in the photo that the shoes are in new condition. This was our second order; I had tried emailing them to ask questions about a previous order, which was also challenging, and it took forever to hear back from them. No one answers the phone. Basically, this has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced, I cannot believe they stay in business treating customers like this. Just know that if you purchase here, you will lose a lot of money - at least in shipping costs, and possibly in product costs. I recommend shopping at a Feis or somewhere in person.

I ordered a pair of hard dance shoes in all black. The shoes arrived in black and white. I had ordered them with expedited shipping, thus paid extra only to have the wrong item shipped. I tried calling them several times, and left voicemails, all went unanswered. I just now spent $35 to ship back an item I didn’t even order! Needless to say I will never purchase another item from this company again, and I suggest you don’t either. After reading other reviews I am also going to be on a close watch for my refund, and if it doesn’t come as others have experienced- I will be reporting them to the BBB!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I have placed a few orders over the years. Every. Single. Order. Was. Wrong. Why did I order again? Hope triumphing over experience I guess. And not wanting to pay shipping out of the country as other US vendors did not have my size. So on to this train wreck. I ordered a pair of Hullachan H4 ghillies on 3/15/21. On 3/19/21 I received the H3 model. Not what I ordered. Then the email chain ensued, with me having to explain how the shoes were different (they sell the shoes! They should know the difference), going so far as to send photos of what I ordered, what I received, and photos of both models from the hullachan site. Then it took a few more emails to get the return label. I received a call today regarding the refund. There was no reorder, and they had the audacity to try to keep the original shipping! Unacceptable. I will never do business with them again and would not recommend.

I had been trying to purchase a Celtic striped rugby jumper for a few months. Most sites where they were available did not post to Australia. I arranged a freight forwarding address in the US with Australia post and placed my order, hoping for the best. Not a few hours later and I was emailed by Dmitri, explaining that addresses to post to and my credit card didn’t match. I explained the situation to him, and he arranged a couple of quotes for postage to Australia. He recommended one in particular that I was happy with and after a bit of back of forth we arranged payment through PayPal and my package arrived today, exactly as requested. I can now replace my 20 year old jumper with this new one!
Only suggestion would be to have PayPal option available at checkout, along with international postage options. Very happy with the service offered.

I ordered (& paid for!) a shirt and a hoodie on 12/17. After several follow up emails I FINALLY received the shirt on 1/22. However it’s now almost 2 months after placing my order and despite assurances I’d have the hoodie 10 days ago I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE HOODIE!!!!! RIDICULOUS and very very poor business and customer service!! I do NOT recommend this vendor!

The shoes arrived a week after I ordered, which was amazing. Unfortunatly I ordered the wrong size so I returned them the next day. HOWEVER, three weeks later I have not received the new shoes AND I have placed 5 phone calls and IM with their FB account with still no response! Crappy customer service. I won't even get into the backordered socks that are now a month behind......

It took 3 phone calls to an answering machine and 1 unanswered email to get a tracking number 12 days after i ordered irish dancing shoes. My shoes will now not be here in time for my girls and i am left scrambling. Bottom line: customer service is wretched. Do not order unless you have no time restraint.

I never received the tee shirt that I had ordered. After sending them an inquiry I received a very brief response saying “ I will look into it” . Sent another text to them about a week later saying my account had been deducted for the shirt. No response. I went back to my order confirmation and lo and behold there was a tracking number now. The shirt arrived shortly after but one seam was split. Fixed it myself

Order a hat almost 2 weeks ago was billed got a receipt but still my order hasn't shipped I've sent emails and still no response i guess I got screwed

I ordered from Reilly's online. I received an email confirming my order. My bank account was debited. Two weeks lateer, I still haven't received my product. Their website says my order is pending. I've tried emailing , but never got a response. I tried calling, but no one ever answers. I've left 2 voicemails, when the voicemail picks up, and no has responded. I messaged them on thier Facebook page and never got a repsonse. Complete ripoff! I've contacted my bank to try and get my money back.

Excellent service and high quality products! Been buying from them for years. Keilys worked with us to help us when we were in a time crunch. We ordered the wrong size and had to reorder but they made it easier than I expected. They even called me to make sure we knew they were helping us. Great people that truly care about what they do!!

My purchase was processed and shipped quickly. It was the right size and the garment was made of quality materials. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I have received from this company
