The way forward…
The gummies are a great way to supply my children with what they need in terms of goodness- subtly. As a family starting the day with a sea moss gummy and lion mane coffee sets us up for the active days we have. Highly recommend!

Amazing product
Amazing product. Was using it for few months and already can feel improvement in my health. Whenever I used to catch cold my recovery was taking for weeks and probably first time in my life I’m recovering within a day.

Helps with cardiovascular performance
This coffee is great before a workout/run. I have noticed I no longer need to have any breakfast before my parkrun. I have knocked 2 minutes off my parkrun recently. 20 minutes down to 18. I think this coffee has a lot to do with it! Recommend!

Great Product !!
I bought a bundle with the coffee for the morning, gummies for everyday consumption or before/after runs and the very tasty chocolate powder to end the day and I'm very happy with all of it .
Delivery was fast and packaged very well
Highly recommended !!

The best!
This run club is inclusive, welcoming and motivating. I really feel part of a community and family.
I have really enjoyed meeting new people and enjoy the support network that this provides. Ade is an inspiration and for the first time I am enjoying running!

Sea Moss/ Focus Coffee
The products that I have tried so far are the lions mane coffee and sea moss gummies. The coffee is evidently high quality and has allowed me to stay focused all day working in a school. The sea moss, has left me feeling energised and has given me an extra buzz from day to day!
On top of the high quality products the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about their products and are a pleasure to deal with.
